【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種瓦斯燃燒器之設計專利，尤指一種手握型且可依據使用需求調整燃燒角度的瓦斯燃燒器。;【設計說明】;如圖所示，基本上，本創作瓦斯燃燒器係為筆形，其中段具有一操控部，該操控部樞接能調整角度的一旋轉座，並在該旋轉座軸向接裝虛線所示的一燃燒管，該旋轉座對向設有圓弧凹狀的一對按壓鈕，而該操控部外周面突設一操控平台，該操控平台縱向分別設有虛線所示的一安全開關、被該安全開關所控制的一點火按鍵，以及一燃氣持續開關，而該操控平台的對向則設有虛線所示的一燃氣調節環；其中該操控部中下段表面以框體及切面進行分割，以形成一修飾區段，且該修飾區段內則設有一瓦斯貯槽，進而構成本創作之造形；其中圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;整體觀之，本創作造形優雅大方，線條自然流暢，使得整體呈現出新穎且獨特之視覺效果；尤其是，使用者能依據使用需求調整燃燒角度，而具備機能與造形並重的訴求，使得整體表達出新穎且獨特之視覺效果，且其首先創作，在在符合設計之專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈　貴局明察，予以詳加審究，進而准予專利，實感德便。
