【物品用途】;本創作尤指一種餐刀之外觀形狀設計，係用於方便使用者切割食物，以便於進食之餐刀。;【設計說明】;本設計之發想係擷取自赤壁之戰中的曹營戰船，以作為此餐刀之設計藍圖。;請綜合各圖所示，本創作主要係包括一刀體，該刀體一端設有一握持部，該刀體另端設有一切割部，該握持部一側設有一止滑部，該止滑部係設有複數橫紋且間隔排列於該止滑部上，該切割部係包括一刀刃部及一刀背部，該刀刃部之一側設有一鋸齒部，該刀體係呈一ㄣ字形，該刀體係為一體成形之刀體，如此，係由該握持部觀之，其呈現出三國時代所興盛之樓船樣貌，再由整體觀之，係呈現出雄才大略而慮之所周之態樣，藉以突顯出其整體與眾不同的設計觀感，並予人全新之視覺感受；綜上所述，本創作精心細膩構思設計之造型，可提供一種具有設計美感且可方便使用者切割食物以便於進食之餐刀，並且從未見於任何刊物或公開使用，完全符合專利申請要件，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。[Purpose of the article]; This creation especially refers to the appearance and shape design of a table knife, which is used to facilitate the user to cut food and eat it easily. ;[Design Description];The idea for this design was taken from the Cao Ying warship in the Battle of Chibi as the blueprint for the design of this dinner knife. ; Please consider what is shown in each figure. This creation mainly includes a blade body. One end of the blade body is provided with a holding part. The other end of the blade body is provided with a cutting part. One side of the holding part is provided with an anti-slip part. The sliding portion is provided with a plurality of horizontal stripes and is arranged at intervals on the anti-slip portion. The cutting portion includes a blade portion and a blade back. One side of the blade portion is provided with a serrated portion. The blade system is in the shape of a U-shape. The sword system is a one-piece body. When viewed from the holding part, it shows the appearance of the buildings and ships that flourished in the Three Kingdoms era. When viewed from the overall view, it shows the rough and thoughtful attitude of a talented man. In this way, it highlights its overall unique design look and gives people a new visual experience; to sum up, the shape of this creation is carefully and delicately conceived and designed, which can provide a design that is aesthetically pleasing and can facilitate the user to cut food. It is a table knife used for eating and has never been seen in any publications or publicly used. It fully meets the requirements for patent application and I can apply for a design patent in accordance with the law.
