【物品用途】;本設計之物品，係提供一種擺飾用之公仔。;【設計說明】;如各圖所示，本創作為一呈站姿之擬人化公仔，其具有頭部、軀幹及四肢，其係以食用米粒作為頭部設計理念，其頭部並微微傾向左側，搭配其臉部之左、右兩眼皆設計成橢圓形水汪汪狀的大眼睛，其嘴巴設計成張開並露出舌頭而呈現一股開懷大笑感覺，搭配其軀幹中央設計以狀似食用米粒排列成米字之圖騰，其右手設計呈作稍息動作的姿態，左手則伸出大拇指作出一代表”讚”的手勢，其雙腳底部則設成站立在一圓形底座上，進而構成本設計之公仔造型；整體觀之，造型獨特新穎、可愛，實為一具新穎性與創作性之美感設計。;本案圖式所揭露之色彩，為本案不主張之部分。[Use of item]; The item of this design is to provide a doll for decoration. ;[Design Description];As shown in each picture, this creation is an anthropomorphic doll in a standing posture.
