【物品用途】;本設計所述“ LED透鏡”主要係作為對發光源產生調整光線折射之透鏡用途者。;【設計說明】;本設計主要係提供一種LED透鏡之整體造型設計，藉由弧形線條架構出外凸圓角三角形之外觀,再加上運用不同曲度與彎弧方向的變化, 呈現山丘起伏的整體造形美感,從前視及俯視圖觀之係左右兩邊彼此對稱；再由後視圖觀之，LED透鏡係朝向本體內部凹陷且具有不同的深度，其中央部位具有一呈現貓眼效果之長橢圓深凹弧 (請配合參閱左、右、俯、仰視圖及A-A、B-B端面剖視圖)，該長橢圓深凹弧係提供LED透鏡線條的變化及光線折射的璀璨性。;本設計造型簡潔明快，藉由弧形線條加上運用不同曲度與彎弧方向的變化，呈現流暢圓潤的美感。不論從任一視角觀之，整體造型不僅新穎，更令人感受到前所未有的視覺觀感，堪稱同類物品的一大突破創新設計。據此，爰依法提出設計專利申請，望 貴審查委員明察，早日賜予專利，實感德便。 另外，使用狀態參考圖是本設計LED透鏡應用於燈罩 面板上的狀態。[Use of article]; The "LED lens" mentioned in this design is mainly used as a lens that adjusts the refraction of light from the light source. ;[Design Description];This design mainly provides an overall shape design of the LED lens. The undulating overall shape aesthetics, the left and right sides are symmetrical to each other from the front view and the top view; from the rear view, the LED lens is recessed towards the inside of the body and has different depths, and its central part has an oblong oval that presents a cat-eye effect. Deep concave arc (please refer to the left, right, top and bottom views and A-A, B-B end section views), this long elliptical deep concave arc system provides changes in the lines of the LED lens and the brilliance of light refraction. ;This design is simple and lively, using curved lines and changes in different curvatures and arc directions to present a smooth and rounded aesthetic. No matter viewed from any angle, the overall shape is not only novel, but also gives people an unprecedented visual experience. It can be called a breakthrough and innovative design for similar items. Based on this, I have filed a design patent application in accordance with the law.
