Abstract
【物品用途】;本物品係一種附有數位顯示部之流體壓機器用調節器，可與輸入信號成比例而控制對流體壓機器所供給之壓力流體的壓力。;在使用時，首先，經由連接器而對控制電路輸入電氣信號。控制電路係因應所輸入之電氣信號而使電磁閥開閉，而控制施加於膜片之壓力流體的壓力。閥體係伴隨著膜片的變位而變位，而進行輸入端口及輸出端口間的連通/遮斷。將未圖示的壓力感測器配置於流路之輸出端口側，並將輸出壓力反饋至控制電路，而以與輸入信號成比例的方式控制輸出壓力。用以使膜片變位之壓力流體係經由前述複數個小孔而排出至主體的外部。;【設計說明】;本物品之附有數位顯示部之流體壓機器用調節器係具有：主體，係於內部具有壓力流體之流路；控制部，係控制前述流路之連通/遮斷；及連接器，供連接未圖示之電纜(參照參考立體圖及參考右側視圖)。在主體的側面設置有輸入端口、經由前述流路而與該輸入端口連通之輸出端口及排出端口、複數個小孔、及接地部。在主體的內部，除了收納有開閉前述流路之未圖示的閥體之外，還收納有例如：與前述閥體一體性變位之未圖示的膜片；及供給、遮斷施加於該膜片之壓力流體的電磁閥等。在控制部設有;用以設定輸出壓力等之設定按鈕、及顯示設定內容等之數位顯示部，在內部收納有未圖示之控制電路。;如立體圖、前視圖、後視圖、左側視圖、右側視圖、俯視圖、及仰視圖等所示，如是構成整體外觀具新穎性及特異視覺效果之設計。;顯示於各圖之表面部的大致水平平行狀細線、大致垂直平行狀細線、大致傾斜平行狀細線及大致圓弧狀細線，均為表現立體表面之形狀的線段。
