【物品用途】;本案為有關一種用於燈管左、右兩端之『燈管帽蓋』新式樣創作，尤指其外觀造型新穎獨特，為至善至美之設計者。;【創作特點】;請參閱說明書後頁所附之圖面，本案之新式樣創作係為一種路燈燈頭，該燈管帽蓋係為一殼體，該殼體係略呈圓柱狀之造型，而該殼體上端之圓徑較小，使燈帽往上延伸內縮形成一段差，該燈帽頂面之中央係有圓形孔，而圓形孔之左、右兩側係有相對應之二圓形洞孔，且順著圓形孔之外緣具有複數條狀孔，該複數條狀孔呈現放射狀，另外，由仰式圖觀看該燈帽內部於段差處係有一層內壁，該內壁上係有中央係有圓形洞孔，且於圓形洞孔兩側係有對稱之弧形孔及圓形洞孔，而弧形孔之上下端係有複數條狀孔，整體外觀設計簡約大方並以簡單線條勾合線條優美的圓滑流線，而建構出立體感的線條，表現出強硬與柔和的協調美感，顯現出不凡的立體感，極具現代美感之;簡約設計，實為新式樣之上乘之作。;綜上觀之，本創作不論從任何角度觀之整體造形設計均能顯示之清新脫俗，造型前衛及創新新穎視覺感受，且本案申請前未見於刊物及公開使用符合新式樣專利申請要件，故爰依法提出申請。[Purpose of the item] This case is about a new style creation of "lamp cap" used for the left and right ends of the lamp, especially its novel and unique appearance, which is a perfect and beautiful design. ;【Design Features】;Please refer to the drawings attached on the back page of the manual.
