【物品用途】;本創作為一種飾品，尤其是指一種張嘴揚頭之飾品雕像。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關一種飾品之新式樣設計，其外觀係經由創作人深思熟慮之後所設計完成，上述之飾品，在外觀佈列及線條設計上乃如附圖所示之造型，其中該飾品係包含一本體以及一座體，該本體包含一頭部、一軀幹部以及四肢，該頭部微側上揚張嘴，鬍鬚長且捲曲，該軀幹部兩側具有鬚狀裝飾，該四肢站立於該座體之上，右側肢體較左側肢體略為向前。本創作之飾品，其身形與姿態生動，給予人一種新穎、簡潔之視覺美感，足見創作人在整體之造型設計上倍下苦心；且該飾品從未被公開使用或見於任何刊物上，完全合乎「新穎性」及「創作性」之新式樣專利要件，申請人爰依法提出新式樣專利申請。[Item Usage] This creation is a kind of ornament, especially a kind of ornamental statue with open mouth and raised head. [Creation Features] This creation is a new style design of an ornament, and its appearance is designed after careful consideration by the creator. The appearance layout and line design of the above-mentioned ornament are as shown in the attached figure, wherein the ornament comprises a body and a seat, and the body comprises a head, a trunk and four limbs. The head is slightly tilted upward with an open mouth, and has a long and curly beard. The two sides of the trunk have beard-like decorations. The four limbs stand on the seat, and the right limb is slightly forward than the left limb. The shape and posture of this creation are vivid, giving people a novel and simple visual beauty, which shows that the creator has put a lot of effort into the overall design. In addition, this creation has never been used publicly or appeared in any publication, which fully meets the new design patent requirements of "novelty" and "creativity". The applicant has therefore filed a new design patent application in accordance with the law.
