【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在軸轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有9個輪輻並成星形狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面。其中，該每一個輪輻之外側端分岔成左、右輪輻，兩者之間隔著一個細長之橢圓形的中央孔，且在該左、右輪輻之外側邊緣形成一對驟然擴大、對稱像葉舌般的徑部。該等輪輻之內側端分別向中心方向沉潛匯集在低窪之圓形的軸心部外周，前視時沿該每一個輪輻之表面最高點各自形成一個凸出像拉長ㄩ字形般的銑削面，且其外側端向徑外方向上揚形成一對分離的端部搭接在輪圈之外緣部上；又，上述之擴大徑部係沿著該ㄩ形銑削面之左、右側的略低點以一曲率半徑修飾成一對豐腴、圓潤略呈U字形的圓凸面，形成一種非常特別的視覺效應。此外，在該輪輻與輪輻之間交互地形成一個略呈“棋子”般的鏤孔，前視時在低窪的軸心部中心覆設一個表面修飾有交互突出及凹進之同心圓形的蓋部等。;如上述之「輪箍」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is a wheel hoop fixed on the axle hub to support the tire, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car to make the car's appearance more prominent and visual. The inner ends of the hubs are sunken toward the center and converge at the outer periphery of the depressed circular axis. When viewed from the front, a convex milling surface like an elongated "ㄩ" is formed along the highest point of the surface of each hub, and its outer end rises radially outward to form a pair of separated end portions overlapping the outer edge of the rim; and the above-mentioned expanded diameter is modified with a curvature radius along the slightly lower points on the left and right sides of the "ㄩ" milling surface to form a pair of plump, rounded, slightly U-shaped convex surfaces, forming a very special visual effect. In addition, a slightly "chess-piece"-like hole is formed alternately between the wheels, and a cover with alternating protrusions and depressions on the surface is covered at the center of the low-pitched axis when viewed from the front. The "wheel hoop" as mentioned above expresses a dynamic originality. The creative characteristics harmoniously coordinate the visual conditions between the various components to achieve the best effect and overall coordination. The overall shape gives people an elegant, bright, fresh and comfortable visual impression.
