【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種喇叭之音膜之新式樣設計，特別係關於一種使用於電器用品中之喇叭之音膜。;【創作特點】;本創作係為一種喇叭之音膜之新穎式樣，其造型獨特，且線條分布頗具美感，與傳統習知物品相比，更能給人以視覺享受。如附圖所示，本創作之音膜整體呈現為矩形狀。音膜之中部呈平坦狀，中部平坦區域之外緣拱起形成圍繞該平坦區域之一拱起之環狀區域，該拱起之環狀區域之外緣平直向外延伸形成一扁平之環狀區域，以立體圖及剖視圖視之，本創作之音膜整體線條過度平緩，但凹凸有致。所述中部平坦區域、拱起之環狀區域及外緣扁平之環狀區域之拐角處均呈圓弧倒角狀，與音膜整體之方正線條相互呼應，使得音膜整體具有潤飾之觀感。以前視圖及後視圖視之，本創作之音膜之拱起之環狀區域之拐角處點綴飾以上凸下凹之褶皺，且褶皺之長度自拐角之中間向兩側呈逐漸變短之趨勢，一改傳統習知物品之呆板設計風格，使本創作之整體具多元變化之造型美感。本創作圖說之A-A剖視圖為參考圖說，意在顯示上述音膜上外部可視區域之凹凸關系，該A-A剖視圖中之音膜之內部不可視區域之結構不應對本創作之保護範圍構成限縮。;綜上所述，本創作之造型，整體凹凸有致且線條過渡平緩，並兼具多元變化之造型美感，故本創作應符合新式樣專利之申請要件，爰依法提出申請，懇請核賜專利，實深任感荷。[Purpose of the item] This work is about a new style design of a speaker's sound membrane, especially a speaker's sound membrane used in electrical appliances. The corners of the flat central area, the arched annular area, and the flat outer annular area are all chamfered, which echoes the square lines of the entire diaphragm, giving the entire diaphragm a decorative look. From the front view and the back view, the corners of the arched annular area of the diaphragm of this creation are dotted with convex and concave folds, and the length of the folds gradually shortens from the center of the corner to the sides, changing the rigid design style of traditional knowledge items and giving the entire creation a diverse and varied aesthetic. The A-A cross-sectional view of the illustration of this creation is a reference illustration, which is intended to show the concave-convex relationship of the external visible area on the above-mentioned sound membrane. The structure of the internal invisible area of the sound membrane in the A-A cross-sectional view should not limit the scope of protection of this creation. In summary, the shape of this creation is overall convex and concave with smooth transition of lines, and has a variety of aesthetic shapes.
