Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用於警示後方來車之後燈，及配合汽車整體造型設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後車燈的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。本新式樣後燈，係配置在汽車後廂蓋的左右側屬於後燈組之小的部分，並與配置在左右後擋泥鈑上之另一部分的後燈匹配成一後燈組，兩者成整體化的設計。本新式樣後燈外觀主要特徵，包括一個上下側近乎平行、左右側朝相反方向傾斜略成倒梯形狀的主體，該主體底端右側以相當大的曲率半徑幾乎截去下角隅並向上揚形成一個楔形的端部，及頂端從左側上角隅向此楔形端部緩和降低，乍看輪廓宛若舟狀一般。本體表面上藉由複數不同的裝飾元素區隔成複數區域，用來配置諸如小燈、煞車燈及倒車燈等；其中，一個細長以直列條紋裝飾且中端包含一個倒梯形狀之透明部的區域橫越過上端的高點；在其下方綴飾複數道彼此相隔有一段距離之平行的線框共同構成一個像刀刃般的區域，及在此區域的右下角隅綴飾一個以碎方格紋裝飾之倒梯形狀的區域等，都是聚集目光焦點所在。;如上述之「汽車用後燈」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
