【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係嵌設在氣壩孔上緣導引空氣進入用的裝飾元件，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種裝飾元件的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用裝飾元件」之新式樣。本新式樣裝飾元件，係通常成左右對稱地鑲嵌在前保險桿下部左右角隅之氣壩孔的上緣。外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、狹長的板件主體，該板件長度方向具有一近乎平直的前後側邊，寬度方向之一側邊成參差狀，另一側邊在接近邊緣處以一曲率半徑幾乎截去前角隅形成一個尖銳的端部，從正面方向看起來像“刀刃”般的輪廓。該板件表面上，沿其輪廓邊緣之內側形成一個向上方凸出、方向一致且近乎平行之像刀刃般的凸面，此凸面以一曲率修飾成由前向後逐漸凸出之滑暢的圓凸面，及在其刀刃般的端部形成一個以複色裝飾的V形切口；此外，在該刀刃般凸面的一側又修飾一個向內凹進、方向一致且近乎平行之像刀刃般的凹面，及在此凹面表面上綴設複數道細長、平行的凸條等，都是視覺焦點所在裝飾出一股豪氣感。;如上述之「汽車用裝飾元件」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
