Abstract
【物品用途】;本創作物品係有關一種「電動致動器」,係在未圖示之馬達之旋轉驅動作用下,可使機台以直線狀相對於汽缸本體位移的電動致動器。該電動致動器係具備:大致長方體狀之汽缸本體(cylinder body);在該汽缸本體之一端側(前視圖之右側)中連結在汽缸本體,且收納馬達之大致長方體狀的馬達部;在汽缸本體之另一端側(前視圖之左側)中以可進退之方式設置在汽缸本體的軸;以前述另一端部側直接連結在軸之端部的彎曲形狀之機台;及連接未圖示之電源纜線及通訊纜線之纜線連接部(參照參考圖(1)、(2)等)。在機臺上,對應與軸之連結部形成有第1凹部。此外,在汽缸本體之第1面側及位於該第1面側之相反側的第2面側,分別形成有與軸平行之第2凹部。並且,在汽缸本體之第3面側,設置有導軌、及連結在基台且在導軌上進退之滑件(參照參考圖(2)、(3)等)。在馬達部之一部分,露出有連結馬達部與汽缸本體之螺栓的一部分。收納於馬達部之馬達係經由未圖示的機械性傳達系統(進給螺絲軸、進給螺絲螺帽等)連結在軸。在使用之際,例如在透過形成於機台之孔將被位移對象物連結於機台的狀態下,當馬達旋轉驅動時,機台及被位移對象物會透過軸及連結板直線地位移。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關於一種「電動致動器」之外形設計。配合立體圖及參考圖(1)所示,本創作之本體大致呈現長矩形體,係由具有前後面條形凹凸紋之第2凹部之汽缸本體與設於該汽缸本體右側端之各周面呈內縮狀之馬達部,以及設於該汽缸本體左側面之圓柱狀軸之一端相接L形之機台所組成之特殊造形。上述機台之頂部係設於汽缸本體之頂面,並呈現如參考圖(1)及(2)所示係可以直線滑移之狀態。該機台左側面則形成橫貫凹狀之第1凹部。上述馬達部偏右形成「工」形部,並於其一側形成前後四角邊緣呈現具螺栓之傾斜倒角狀,同時於馬達部頂面形成複數圓栓形纜線連接部。如參考圖(1)及(2)係顯示上述機台及軸呈現位移之不同立體狀態。如參考圖(3)係顯示分解上述機台之立體狀態。顯示在各圖之表面部的大略水平平行狀細線、大略垂直平行狀細線、大略傾斜平行狀細線皆為顯示立體表面之形狀的陰影線。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性。[Purpose of the article] This invention is related to an "electric actuator" that can cause a machine to move in a straight line relative to a cylinder body under the rotational drive of a motor (not shown). The electric actuator comprises: a cylinder body (cylinder body) of a generally rectangular shape; a motor portion of a generally rectangular shape connected to the cylinder body at one end side of the cylinder body (right side in the front view) and accommodating the motor; a shaft disposed on the cylinder body in a retractable manner at the other end side of the cylinder body (left side in the front view); a machine of a curved shape with the other end side directly connected to the end of the shaft; and a cable connection portion for connecting a power cable and a communication cable (not shown) (see reference figures (1), (2), etc.). On the machine, a first recess is formed corresponding to the connection portion with the shaft. In addition, a second recess parallel to the shaft is formed on the first surface side of the cylinder body and the second surface side located on the opposite side of the first surface side. In addition, on the third surface side of the cylinder body, a guide rail and a slide connected to the base and moving forward and backward on the guide rail are provided (refer to reference figures (2), (3), etc.). In a part of the motor part, a part of the bolt connecting the motor part and the cylinder body is exposed. The motor housed in the motor part is connected to the shaft via a mechanical transmission system (feed screw shaft, feed screw nut, etc.) not shown in the figure. When in use, for example, when the object to be displaced is connected to the machine through a hole formed in the machine, when the motor is driven to rotate, the machine and the object to be displaced will be displaced linearly through the shaft and the connecting plate. ;【Design Features】;This design is related to the appearance design of an "electric actuator". As shown in the three-dimensional diagram and reference figure (1), the main body of this design is roughly a rectangular body, which is a special shape composed of a cylinder body with a second concave portion having strip-shaped concave-convex patterns on the front and rear surfaces, a motor portion with each circumferential surface inwardly contracted at the right end of the cylinder body, and an L-shaped machine connected to one end of a cylindrical shaft at the left side of the cylinder body. The top of the above-mentioned machine is arranged on the top surface of the cylinder body, and is in a state of being able to slide in a straight line as shown in reference figures (1) and (2). The left side surface of the machine forms the first concave portion in a transverse through-concave shape. The above-mentioned motor part forms an "I"-shaped portion on the right, and the front and rear corner edges are formed on one side to present an inclined chamfered shape with bolts, and at the same time, a plurality of round bolt-shaped cable connection parts are formed on the top surface of the motor part. As shown in reference figures (1) and (2), the above-mentioned machine and the axis present different three-dimensional states of displacement. As shown in reference figure (3), the three-dimensional state of the above-mentioned machine is decomposed. The roughly horizontal parallel thin lines, roughly vertical parallel thin lines, and roughly inclined parallel thin lines shown on the surface of each figure are all shaded lines showing the shape of the three-dimensional surface. The above constitutes the overall shape of this creation, which is exquisite and unique, with novel and unique visual effects and creativity.
