【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種『工具握柄』新式樣設計，尤指一種可與工具端結合，並供使用者握持施力以進行作業者。;【創作特點】;請參閱諸圖所示，本創作主要係為一工具握柄，其中該創作特點在於：該工具握柄係為一流線彎弧把樣式，握把外側披覆有與握把原色不同的握套，外側的握套係由外向內披覆佔據握把大半面積，並由握把頸部向下延伸直至包覆握把尾端，握把所保留的原色區域係由握把頭端向下延伸而收尾在握把尾端之前，使得整體結構於內外兩側呈現雙色交融，並利用顏色分佈位置、範圍的差異在握把表面勾勒出層次感，且握套上半部凹狀等分開設數道弦月溝槽，使握把原色由弦月溝槽中露出，下半部則等距間隔隆起數道弦月狀突部，讓握把在外表面的輪廓線上利用凹凸紋路形成裝飾效果，並利用從弦月溝槽中露出的握柄原色與握套顏色內外掩映，將紋路的視覺效果立體化，本新式樣握把的樣式及披覆握套的設計，使握把型態有如雙色的毛蟲拱起身體向前滑走，外側的紋路猶如毛蟲背部的硬毛，整體設計予人一種活潑又俏皮之感受，因而藉該工具握柄上之視覺設計展現本案之創意，誠已備具新式樣專利之申請要項，乃依法提起新式樣專利申請，謹請 鈞局予以專利，至感德便。[Item Usage] This creation is about a new style design of "tool handle", especially one that can be combined with the end of a tool and used by the user to hold and apply force to perform work. ;【Features of the creation】;Please refer to the pictures. The top of the handle is exposed, and the lower part has several crescent-shaped protrusions at equal intervals, so that the handle uses concave and convex patterns on the contour line of the outer surface to form a decorative effect, and the original color of the handle exposed from the crescent groove and the color of the grip cover are used to shade the inside and outside, making the visual effect of the pattern three-dimensional.
