【物品用途】;本創作係一種作為個人隨身使用之手持電子閱讀器(聯合三)之新式樣設計，尤指一種整體造型深具柔美線條，又不失現代新穎之美感者，有別於時下一般電子閱讀器之外觀造型，而獨樹一幟者。;【創作特點】;隨著消費者日漸重視視覺享受，電子閱讀器之設計會依個人欣賞角度不同而有多樣化視覺感受，為此，如圖所示，本創作電子閱讀器(聯合三)之外觀呈現一矩形體，矩形體之正面具有一矩形螢幕，而矩形螢幕右下側設有數個控制鍵且呈現十字形狀排列，每一控制鍵凹陷的曲面變化不同，而位於最左邊與最右邊的控制鍵上設有一突起線條，讓使用者能透過曲面的觸感與突起線條而清晰分辨每個按鍵的位置，可防止誤觸情況。矩形體左側曲線變化係為突起的斜面以形成握持部，於左側內的突起部分係與正面的螢幕產生斷差的意象，而於左側外為斜面之設計，且設有數個控制鍵；斜面上具有一凹陷的曲面變化，且越靠近斜面下方的末端，其凹陷的曲面變化越大，形成拇指依靠之區域，讓單手操作的使用者在握持時更有支撐力及更為舒適，以符合人體工學之設計。此外，矩形體之正面、與背面之設計有如書本頁面，並配合對比科技感色彩，讓造型上產生視覺上的立體變化效果，且使整體造型更為流暢，而不失其前衛又具時尚的設計感。綜上所述，本創作藉其簡約的造型設計，且能將功能微妙地融合於一體，襯出整體設計既實用之處又有獨特造型之美感，為一極佳之新式樣設計，爰依法提出專利申請。[Purpose of the item] This creation is a new style design of a handheld electronic reader (United Three) for personal use, especially one with a soft and beautiful overall shape, yet still with a modern and novel aesthetic, which is different from the appearance of ordinary electronic readers nowadays and is unique. ;【Creative Features】;As consumers gradually attach importance to visual enjoyment, the design of electronic readers will provide diversified visual experience according to different personal appreciation angles. Therefore, as shown in the figure, the appearance of this creative electronic reader (United Three) presents a rectangular body with a rectangular screen on the front of the rectangular body, and a number of control keys are arranged in a cross shape on the lower right side of the rectangular screen. The concave surface of each control key changes differently, and a protruding line is set on the leftmost and rightmost control keys, so that users can clearly distinguish the position of each key through the touch of the curved surface and the protruding line to prevent accidental touch. The curve on the left side of the rectangle changes to a raised slope to form a grip. The raised part on the left side creates a sense of discontinuity with the screen on the front, while the left side is designed as a slope with several control keys. The slope has a concave curve change, and the closer to the end below the slope, the larger the concave curve change, forming an area for the thumb to rest on, so that users who operate with one hand have more support and more comfort when holding, in line with ergonomic design. In addition, the front and back of the rectangle are designed like book pages, and with contrasting technological colors, the shape produces a visual three-dimensional change effect, and the overall shape is smoother, without losing its avant-garde and fashionable design.
