【物品用途】 本新式樣物品，係用來容納紙煙或煙捲等之香煙盒，透過此外包裝使商品特色更突出與具視覺感。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種香煙盒的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「香煙盒」之新式樣；本新式樣香煙盒，外觀主要特徵包括一個縱高、扁平之矩形六面體的盒體，在其背面側的一側形成截去角隅的圓弧角，背面側的另一側形成截去角隅的截角，橫斷面方向呈狹長非完整的四方形狀；及，本體上部包含一個由後向前傾斜、側面方向成梯形狀的蓋部，該蓋部與本體之間以背面側的一個邊為樞轉點可掀開蓋部等。整體刻意採前後、左右非對稱的設計，營造出別出心裁的視覺美感與具體內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「香煙盒」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個正面方向寬度比例大於側面方向寬度比例許多、高度方向比例相對更大之縱高、扁平的矩形六面體之盒體。該本體背面側的一側形成截去角隅的圓弧角，背面側的另一側形成截去角隅的截角，橫斷面方向呈狹長非完整的四方形狀。從立體圖、前視圖及側視圖觀之，本體上端部包含一個由後向前傾斜的蓋部，該蓋部從背面約總高度9/10處，沿側面以略呈35度俯角的方向向正面約總高度7/10處、形成一個橫斷方向的割裂線，使該上端部形成一個側面方向略呈梯形狀的蓋部。又，該蓋部與本體之間藉由背面側的邊實質上連接在一起，形成一個可撓性的合葉部，能以此合葉部為樞轉點可掀開蓋部等。如上述之香煙盒，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣香煙盒，藉由靈活、舒展的線條表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is a cigarette box used to hold paper cigarettes or cigarette rolls.
