【物品用途】 本創作物品係一種「靜電去除器用風扇單元」,係構成為靜電去除器之一部分的靜電去除器用風扇單元,該靜電去除器係藉由風扇將經離子化之空氣予以送風,以進行帶有靜電之工件之除電者。;靜電去除器係如顯示使用狀態的說明圖(2)所示,在控制單元上載置風扇單元而構成。在風扇單元內建有高電壓電源,而且如顯示將手指護罩拆下之狀態的說明圖(1)所示,內建有將空氣離子化的放電電極,對該放電電極施加從高電壓電源產生之正極及負極的高電壓,並且從施加有正極性高電壓的放電電極產生正離子,從施加有負極性高電壓的放電電極產生負離子,並藉由風扇之送風,將所產生之正離子、負離子搬送至除電對象物,以進行除電。控制單元係具有進行來自外部之電源供應及控制信號之連接的連接器、及進行對風扇單元之電源供應及控制信號之連接的連接器,以進行電源之連接、與外部之輸入輸出信號的連接、風扇之運轉與停止、離子之放電開始與停止、風扇之風量調節、發生異常時之風扇停止與離子放電停止、及以LED顯示狀態等。控制單元與風扇單元係可構成為使前後之方向相同而組合為一體,亦可構成使前後之方向相反而成為一體。再者,可使風扇單元與控制單元分離,而使用作為以纜線連接之分離構成。 【創作特點】 本創作係有關第97303467號「靜電去除器用風扇單元」之聯合新式樣之聯合(一)外形設計。如說明圖(2)所示本創作風扇單元之本體大致呈現方形薄狀體。於本體前後面呈現ㄇ字形傾斜邊框,本體前面中間手指護罩係設有四角互成對角傾斜之約為三字形孔部,並可顯示孔部內風扇,於前面上邊緣則橫列複數長矩形缺口孔部。於本體後面形成設有四角具有凹弧之斜截倒角,中央形成具十字狀同心圓靶形部。於本體兩側面中間具有弧形缺口之小圓,下邊則形成小拱圓缺口。如說明圖(1)所示,係顯示本體前面手指護罩與本體之分解狀態。如說明圖(2)所示,係顯示本創作與其下方之控制單元組合之參考狀態。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性。[Purpose of the article] This invention is a "fan unit for static eliminator", which is a part of a static eliminator. The static eliminator uses a fan to send ionized air to remove static electricity from workpieces. Positive and negative high voltages generated from the high voltage power source are applied to the discharge electrode, and positive ions are generated from the discharge electrode to which the positive high voltage is applied, and negative ions are generated from the discharge electrode to which the negative high voltage is applied. The generated positive ions and negative ions are transported to the object to be deionized by air blown by the fan to perform deionization. The control unit has a connector for connecting power supply and control signals from the outside, and a connector for connecting power supply and control signals to the fan unit, so as to connect power, connect external input and output signals, operate and stop the fan, start and stop ion discharge, adjust the air volume of the fan, stop the fan and stop ion discharge when an abnormality occurs, and display the status with LED. The control unit and the fan unit can be configured to be combined into one body with the same front and rear directions, or they can be configured to be combined into one body with opposite front and rear directions. Furthermore, the fan unit and the control unit can be separated and used as a separate structure connected by a cable. On the upper edge of the front, there are multiple long rectangular notch holes arranged horizontally. The rear side of the main body is formed with beveled chamfers with concave arcs at the four corners, and a cross-shaped concentric target-shaped portion is formed in the center. There is a small circle with an arc-shaped notch in the middle of the two side surfaces of the main body, and a small arched circular notch is formed at the bottom. As shown in the explanatory diagram (1), it shows the disassembled state of the finger guard and the main body on the front of the main body.
