【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎,及配合汽車整體造形之裝飾用,使汽車外形特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有10個輪輻並成星形狀排列、跨越在其輪徑表面,其中每2個輪輻各成一組且中間隔著一個圓形沈孔和U形孔,每一組輪輻之徑部對稱地在內側端形成一個縮腰部再向外側端擴大。及,該等輪輻分別自外圍往中心方向漸凹進,內側端滙集成一個"星形"狀的低窪軸心部。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖觀之,該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個柔順滑暢由內往外擴大、具有錐度的口部,該輪輻部具有10個輪輻並成星形狀排列地閉塞在該口部上。其中,每2個輪輻各併排成一組,每一組輪輻分別從外圍外往中心方向漸凹進,內側端滙集成一個低窪略成星形狀的軸心部。該每一組輪輻基端中心各包含一個中型的圓形沈孔,及徑部與徑部之間分別隔著一狹長略呈U字形的鏤孔;又,該每一組輪輻之寬度分別在內側端對稱地形成一個鈍角的縮腰部,再從此縮腰部向外側端逐漸擴大,在外側端各形成一對寬闊平坦的端部沒入輪圈的外緣部。及,該相鄰的輪輻組與輪輻組之間,分別界定一個大型略成"五角形"的鏤孔。另外,前視時在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔,其外周等距地配置5個小型圓孔分別位於該"五角形"鏤孔的頂點,且交互地介於上述中型沉孔與沈孔之間等。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。
