【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,使用於汽車傳動系統之終端,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有5個分叉的輪輻並成輻射狀排列地跨越在其輪徑表面,該等輪輻分別自徑外往中心方向漸凹進,內側端滙集成一個低窪"星形"狀的軸心部。該每一輪輻徑部之寬度自內側端往徑外方向寬度逐漸變大,且在外側端分別形成一個略呈"V"字形的分叉開口;及,沿相鄰的輪輻與輪輻邊緣各自修飾一個略呈"V"字形的脊線圍繞一個鏤孔和一個傾斜緣等。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,係由鋁合金等一體鑄成,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。從側視圖觀察,該輪圈部呈一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖觀之,該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個滑暢具有層次之高低階狀的口部,該輪輻部具有5個輪輻並成輻射狀排列地閉塞在該口部上,及每一個輪輻分別自徑外往中心方向漸凹進,內側端滙集成一個凹陷低窪略呈"星形"狀的軸心部。該每一輪輻之徑部,從軸心部低點向徑外方向高度漸升高、寬度逐漸變大,外側端分別形成一個略呈"子彈"形的中央孔,看起來宛若一個"V"字形的分叉狀,及末端各形成一對平坦的端部搭接在輪圈外緣部一個滑暢略向內傾斜的環部上,且從該對端部的外角,分別修飾一個略呈"V"字形的脊線通過該子彈形中央孔的頂點並圍繞在其外側。又,沿每一對相鄰輪輻與輪輻的邊緣各自修飾一個略呈"V"字形的脊線向中心方向延伸,並圍繞著一個大型略呈"圓角三角形"的鏤孔和一個略呈"V"字形的傾斜線。此外,前視時該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔,外周交互地配置5個中型沉孔和5個小型圓孔;其中,5個中型沉孔各自配置在該輪輻的基端,及5個小型圓孔分別介於該V脊線的角落上。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。
