【物品用途】;本創作係有關於自行車之煞車的新式樣設計。;【創作特點】;如圖所示,本創作之本體大致係呈一圓軸體形狀,當由立;體圖觀之,在該本體圓軸面上可分成左、右二部份,而在本體;左側前後方各延伸突出一長形板體,另由俯視圖觀之,在本體;左、右部份後上方各嵌設一圓體部件,再由側視圖觀之,在本;體左側圓面之左上方有一倒錐形之缺口,且二圓體部件係呈一;角度狀之斜插入,並在本體左、右部份之頂部各連接一呈拱橋;狀之部件包覆該軸面。整體而言,本創作造形獨特美觀、且式;樣新穎具獨創性,實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容;理應明;瞭,新式樣係以圖面所示者為準。;
