Abstract

【物品用途】本創作係為一照明用燈具之新式樣設計。【創作特點】如圖所示，本創作外觀大致係由一半橢圓形罩體及一臂部連結而成之風貌；首先由立體圖、前及後視圖觀之，該罩體呈半橢圓形設計，後方較尖突似一橫式山形狀，而在罩體前方加設有一方形罩框，該罩框頂部較底部長且寬，而形成一微圓弧曲線狀之斜切面風貌；另罩體頂部展現出有數條呈縱向且等間距排列之板片設置，而該板片係呈向後方再向下且沿著罩體底部延伸，自然形成一體成型之格柵風貌；再由後視圖及左、右兩側視圖觀之，在罩體近後方底部左側處嵌設一圓形之塊體，並於該塊體右側銜接一長方形臂部。整體而言，本創作造型美觀且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，新式樣係以圖面所示者為準。
