【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,使用於汽車傳動系統之終端,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大輪徑之運動造型,表面上包含有7個輻條單元成輻射狀排列、跨越在輪圈部與軸心部之間,該等輻條單元分別自徑外往中心方向漸凹進,內側端匯集在一個圓形低窪的軸心部;及,在該輻條單元與輻條單元之間分別形成一個略呈”梯形”狀的鏤空部,且沿該鏤空部外周又形成有一個凹進梯形狀的低階部。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣輪箍如附圖所示,係由鋁合金等一體鑄成,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個徑向之輪輻部等構成。該輪圈部呈一具有相當深度之圓筒形輪廓,從側視圖看,其軸向表面上由外側往中央部形成強烈的凹凸起伏,及在軸向兩端即前後端部上分別形成一個徑圍激增之環狀突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖看,該輪圈部內側形成一個高低階狀的口部,該輪輻部具有7個徑向輻條單元、成輻射狀地連接在此輪圈部之口部上,該每一個輻條單元之寬度約成等寬等距,外側端平齊地連接在輪圈部並與該緣部在相同高度之平面上,並且自外側端往中心方向漸凹進,內側端共同匯集成一個圓形低窪的軸心部;其中,相鄰的輻條單元與輻條單元之間,各自形成有一個略呈”梯形”狀的鏤空部,該鏤空部除了角隅修飾圓角化之外,並沿該鏤空部外周又形成有一個凹進梯形狀的低階部,且該梯形狀低階部之內側端往中心方向更深入更接近軸心部,因此在軸心部的外周分別形成一個宛若”蹼”狀的翼部。此外,在該低窪的軸心部內側覆設有一個大型圓形的蓋部,此蓋部圓周之外側端略低,並往中心方向漸高、在中心形成一個圓形的突出部,及沿該突出部周圍修飾有環形的凹紋等。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new item is used at the end of the automobile transmission system.
