Abstract
【物品用途】本新式樣物品,使用於汽車傳動系統之終端,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍之主要特徵,呈寬幅大孔徑之運動造型,表面上包含有5個寬幅輻條並成星形狀排列地跨越在輪圈部與軸心部之間,該等輻條在內側端匯集成一個圓形低窪的軸心部,並分別自內側端往徑外方向逐漸變低,且沿每一輻條表面中央各形成有一個凸起略呈半橢圓形的凸出部,及相鄰的輻條與輻條之間分別形成一個略呈”扇”形的鏤空部等。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣輪箍如附圖所示,係由鋁合金等一體鑄成,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部呈一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,從側視圖看,其軸向表面上由外側往中央部形成愈漸強烈的凹凸起伏,及在軸向兩端即前後端部上分別形成一個徑圍激增之環狀突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖看,輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成有一個平行略低的環形凹緣部,及此凹緣部內側又形成有一個更低往中心方向突出的環部;該輪輻部,包含有5個徑向輻條並成星形狀排列地閉塞在該環部上,該每一輻條具有相當寬幅,其寬度從外側端到內側端約成等寬度,內側端基部共同匯集成一個圓形凹進的低窪軸心部,且該等輻條分別自內側端往徑外方向逐漸凹進變低,外側端則搭接在該輪圈部內側更低的環部上;其中,自每一輻條表面中央各形成有一個強烈凸出、略呈半橢圓形的凸出部,且該凸出部之尖端係朝向中心方向逐漸變低、變淡;又,在該每一幅條與輻條之間分別形成一個略呈”扇形”(或V字形)的鏤空部,且該鏤空部在內側形成有一個大的圓形角落和傾斜的邊緣,及在外側形成有小的圓角落和傾斜邊緣。再從前視圖看,在低窪軸心部中心包含有一個大型圓孔徑,其外周等距地配置有4個中型沉孔,及4個小型圓孔徑介於該沉孔與沉孔之間等。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。綜上所述,本新式樣輪箍造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new item is used at the end of the automobile transmission system.
