【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種用於書寫之「原子筆」之新式樣設計。【創作特點】;如圖所示，本新式樣呈圓柱狀，分為筆蓋、筆幹及筆芯三部份。筆幹為兩段式，前端筆幹較後端筆幹小，筆芯可從前端筆幹出現。而筆蓋從筆幹分離後可置放於筆幹頂端。整體而言，本創作造形獨特美觀、且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，新式樣係就其整體形狀、花紋或色彩指定之，且係以申請專利範圍所界定者為準。[Use of the item]; This creation is about a new style design of a "ballpoint pen" used for writing.
