(一)物品用途：;本創作是有關於一種耳機，具有二小型的揚聲器，可以分別輸出音波至左耳及右耳，此款耳機比如是利用傳輸線與聲音輸出裝置連接，其中聲音輸出裝置比如是MP3隨身聽、CD隨身聽等之各種隨身聽、或是手機、電腦等。(二)創作特點：;由各圖觀之，本創作之耳機大致可以分為水滴型結構及半球狀結構，半球狀結構之底部係與水滴型結構之頂部連接，半球狀結構之頂部係為發聲處，可以朝向耳朵發聲，且耳機藉由半球狀結構可以掛在耳朵上，符合人體工學的設計。水滴型結構之中間偏下方區域具有一流線型之鼓漲部分，甚具可愛及前衛的視覺美感，再搭配半球狀結構，使得本創作之耳機在外型上甚具新穎性。綜觀本創作之耳機乃展現出突出的視覺傳達效果，並深具創作性，爰依法提請專利，請鈞局鑒核。
