Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係為一裝填用之瓶子。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，本創作外觀形狀大致呈一圓長形凹凸有致之流線型瓶子風貌；首先由立體圖及前視圖觀之，在該物品外觀上(瓶身上、中、下部份)各呈現出不同風味之流線型設計，如其瓶身上、下段部份係呈略弧面凹凸曲線之設計，而至瓶身中段部份則呈現出垂直平滑面狀；另，在該物品瓶身下段部份之瓶面上則有數條飾紋呈波紋狀等距環繞之，並在近瓶身中段部份之每一波紋凹處亦設有二條飾紋，而其瓶身上段部份亦設有數條飾紋呈波紋狀上寬下窄之距離環繞瓶身，並在瓶身上方及近中段部份飾紋的波紋凸處亦設有二條飾紋，如是造型呈現出一簡潔雅緻且具層次趣味性之風貌。;此外依圖面第4圖可知，本創作為一呈120度對稱之圓形瓶身，由第2圖(前視圖)及第3圖(自前視圖所示狀態向左旋轉60度)已可看出整體側面360度之造型，故應免呈後視圖及左、右側視圖。;整體而言，本創作造型美觀且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，新式樣係就其整體形狀、花紋或色彩指定之，且係以申請專利範圍所界定者為準。
