Abstract
【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係一種用來鑲嵌在例如，戒指、耳環、項鍊，胸針、手鐲、墜子及頭飾等珠寶飾物上，以突顯出高貴、華麗氣質之鑽石。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種鑽石的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「鑽石(二)」之新式樣；本新式樣鑽石(二)主要特徵，經由人工干預以提高鑽石等級的方式，採用特殊的切割法，在鑽石表面切割出對稱88個雕琢面，讓鑽石冠部呈現階梯式的扇形美感，此明亮式切割讓鑽石底部的切割面折射出更耀眼的光茫，可呈現鑽石最大的火光；主要視覺面上，看起來像融合半方形、半圓形的一個混合物，圓形側面像梨形寶石一樣，並產生一個像蜘蛛網的雕琢面，方形側面建構出一個星形的切割面，頂部由34小平面在腰部以上形成角錐形輪廓，其中包含1個冠部桌面(table)，底部由54個小平面在腰部以下形成尖錐形輪廓；方形側面與圓形側面上的這些小平面之間的角度非常接近，製造起來困難及彎曲出一個不同的印象，並共同有如白天的光輝和聚光燈。整體構成線條舒展流暢，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣鑽石(二)的形狀，如附圖所示，本體正面形成一半圓形表面具有如蜘蛛網之雕琢面，及在背面建構成直交之半方形的切割面，而截面概呈半方形融合半圓形之扇形輪廓，腰部以上修飾成角錐形頂部，腰部以下修飾成尖錐形底部。本體頂部包括有34個小平面所構成，在頂端之冠部上形成有1個水平方向由半方形與半圓形融合略呈扇形輪廓之桌面(table)，在其周圍上包含有8個星星小平面(star)、9個刃角小平面(bezels)、10個頂半小平面(top halves)及6個折斷小平面(break facets)等。本體底部總共由54個小平面所構成，其包含10個腰帶小平面(girdle facets)、10個星星小平面(star)、26個刃角小平面(bezels)及8個折斷小平面(break facets)等。如上述之鑽石(二)，藉由明亮型鑽石切磨，將表面作成三角形刻面伴隨半球體雕琢面，以6的倍數為主作更多的立體層次處理及最不平坦比作的偶數，確切地88個雕琢面對稱性好，且呈現完美平衡，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣鑽石(二)，表面藉由對稱的88個雕琢面，將鑽石原始璀璨的生命力完美地呈現，表達出一種率性、自然的原創性，整體設計充滿三度空間之立體感，營造出華貴的氣質與綺麗多采的迷人魅力；創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺感受。
