(一)物品用途：;本創作係為『水龍頭本體』之新式樣設計，藉由本創作之外觀造形設計，使消費者於使用時可襯托出浴室室內空間之現代感。(二)創作特點：;請視本創作第一圖之立體外觀圖以及配合其他視圖所示，本創作之外觀造形，主要為以一圓柱形本體為主要外觀視覺構成，本體底端設有一外擴之階級圓體底座造形，本體中段上方處以一前端彎折向下之圓管出水管連接，連接處相對之後方，再以一短截圓管接續，形成類似前端出水管向後穿出之樣態，而本體連接出水管之上方，則以一細圓桿向上連接，再於其上端連接一圓片，而該圓片之徑寬與本體相同，且圓片後側底面一段為設計成略為以微斜角向外展切出之造形；整體外觀造形藉由本體以圓柱體相互搭配產生絕佳的現代感及各元件間以圓形並相互搭配、交疊的形態，使整體形體展現完美的機能線條，充滿的現代化的視覺感受。;綜上所述，本創作『水龍頭本體』之造形，藉由流暢的圓周線條搭配設計，使傳統水龍頭冷冽、僵硬的外觀溶入了藝術機能的曲線，本創作之工藝設計不但已合乎創作性的要件，且無近似之新式樣專利申請於前，實已符合新式樣專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請。(I) Product use: This creation is a new style design of the "faucet body".
