477773 A7 B7 五、發明說明(1 ) (發明所屬之技術領域) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本發明有關於紡紗捲取機之捲取方法及紡紗捲取機。 特別是當藉由橫移裝置,將連續的供給之紗予以橫移,對 於以轉塔而移至捲取位置之紗筒,令接觸輥接觸旋轉,將 紗捲取於紗筒,做爲筒子而供給時,使筒子之紗層之軸方 向兩端不會呈凸出地構成之紡紗捲取機之捲取方法及紡紗 捲取機。 (先前技術) 如眾所知、轉塔式之紡紗捲取機係,藉由橫移裝置將 連續的供給之紗予以橫移、令安裝於轉塔之二支紗筒架、 以轉塔之旋轉操作而切換爲捲取裝置及候命位置,使位於 捲取位置之紗筒接觸於接觸筒,以資旋轉驅動,將橫移供 給之紗捲取於該紗筒者。 (發明所欲解決之問題) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 在於此種連續的被供給之紗藉由橫移裝置一面行橫移 動作一面捲取於紙筒而成爲筒子之紡紗捲取機中,筒子之 紗層之軸方向兩端會呈顯凸起,有不容易成爲良好之筒子 (紗)製品之難點。 於是本發明乃鑑於上述之先前技術上所存在之問題所 開發。提供一種改變紗筒之軸方向之捲繞、由而使筒子紗 紗層之軸方向兩端不致於凸高之紡紗捲取機之捲取方法及 紡紗捲取機。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 477773 A7 ___B7 _ 五、發明說明(2 ) (解決問題之手段) 本發明乃爲了達成上述目的,具體的說:主要乃藉由 橫移裝置將連續的供給而來之紗予以橫移移動,對紗筒接 觸輥及旋轉接觸輥,以資在紗筒上捲繞紗之紡紗捲取機中 ,在於紗之捲取中,令紗筒及接觸於該紗筒地旋轉之接觸 輥予以反複地接觸及離開而構成之紡紗捲取機之捲取方法 也。 又,本發明乃上述紗筒與接觸輥所接觸之時間爲較紗 筒與接觸輥所離開之時間爲長之捲取方法來構成。 又本發明乃,在於保持紗筒之紗筒架及接觸輥分別設 置驅動馬達,同時設置用於檢出上述紗筒架之旋轉數之旋 轉數檢手段,又設置依據該檢出手段之檢出値控制紗筒架 之旋轉數之控制手段而成之紡紗捲取機。 又本發明中,輸入紗筒之離開接觸輥直前之紗筒架之 旋轉數,離開後,以輸入之旋轉數爲基準,將紗筒架之旋 轉數隨著時間之經過隨之減少而構成之紡紗捲取機。 (發明之實施形態) 下面依圖示之具體的實施例詳細說明本發明之紡紗捲 取方法及紡紗捲取機。 圖1乃表示依本發明之紡紗捲取機之具體實施例。在 該紡紗捲取機中,對於位於捲取裝置之紗筒之紗之捲繞完 成狀態之槪略正面圖。圖2乃表示從側面觀看紡紗捲取機 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) ^ <請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝--------訂---------. 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 477773 Α7 Β7 五、發明說明(3 ) 之狀態之槪略的側面圖。 首先依據圖1及圖2說明本發明之紡紗捲取機U之基 本構造。圖1中、上述紡紗捲取機U乃,包含有機台7而 成對於上述機台7,設有昇降自如之昇降箱1,及旋轉可 能之轉塔板2,以及前前面端備有操作面板9之固定框8 〇 在上述昇降箱1上分別支撐有接觸輥3,及橫移裝置 4 〇 上述接觸輥3乃壓接於位於捲取位置P1之紗筒B之紗 表層面,令捲取中之紗筒B旋轉於圖1之反時鐘方向地, 如圖1及圖2所示,藉由馬達M3所成之驅動源1 0所旋 轉驅動。 又橫移裝置4上,設有橫移導件5,該橫移導件5乃 與紗Y卡合行走於橫移範圍而實施紗Y之橫移(往復)運 動。 上述轉塔板2係以旋轉軸6爲中心,以不圖示之旋轉 驅動裝置而旋轉可能,第1之紗筒架1 1及第2之紗筒架 1 2乃分別旋轉自如地凸設支撑於轉塔板2,在各紗筒架 11,12上分別裝著有紗筒B複數個(圖爲6個),一 方之紗筒架1 1乃位於捲取裝置P 1,另一方之紗筒架1 2 即位於候命位置P 2。 如圖1及圖2所示,上述之第1紗筒架1 1乃由馬達 Μ :所成之驅動源1 3而被旋轉驅動,上述第2紗筒架1 2 即由馬達Μ 2所成之驅動源1 4所旋轉驅動者。 -Θ -
