475915 五、發明說明α) 發明背景 本發明有關塑膠袋及此型式之包裝,將食品包裝於其 中,以賣給消費者。本發明更特別有關裝有拉鍊之可閉合 包裝,此型包裝特別適合例如洋芋片及其他鹹點心產品, 此包裝由層離塑膠薄膜材料形成,各層具有理想隔層及其 他特性,以保護袋之内容物,且提供漂亮的包裝。 習用無拉鍊之洋芋片包裝係設計讓消費者以雙手之拇 指及食指夾住包裝之前及後壁,揉開在拇指及食指内之袋 側壁,而拉開袋壁。此動作導致袋頂密封層離,將頂密封 拉開,因此可經由開口端存取袋之内容物。此種袋係設計 以約800克拉力將其層離。 業者明白附加拉鍊於包裝之優點。最明顯之優點為, 在最初開封包裝後,只要拉上拉鍊,則可容易保存及保護 未使用部份。問題是,當頂密封層離之力施於包裝之拉鍊 下方時,拉鍊自袋壁分離,造成拉鍊不能使用。附加拉鍊 於此包裝,使用者需放棄大眾熟悉以習用π揉拉π開封密封 包裝之技術。因此,裝有拉鍊之包裝只有有限地用於洋芋 片及其他類似產品,因為生產者不願意捨棄以π揉拉π方式 開封包裝及可閉合之特點。 發明概述 鑑於上述理由,本發明之主要目的係提供一改良拉鍊 包裝袋,其可以開封習用層離包裝之”揉拉π技術,層離打 開包裝袋之頂密封。 本發明之另一目的係提供此一包裝,雖然在包裝之拉
