經濟部中央樣準局員工消費合作社印裝 403795 at B7 五、發明説明(彳) 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關由一對迴轉構件夾住紗線施加撚捻之紗 線之假撚裝置。 【先行技術】 做爲紗線之假撚裝置之一例,具有備於延伸假撚機之 帶式鉗板撚線機(niptwister )。如圖1所示,先行技術 之這一種鉗板假撚機(帶式假撚裝置)19係具有一對無 端皮帶1,2分別張掛於驅動帶輪4與從動帶輪5之間, 而這些無端皮帶1,2互相以規定角度交叉所構成。所延 伸之加工紗Y1係被夾住於這些無端皮帶1,2之交叉部 6,由於各無端皮帶1,2相逆向行走,送出於一方(下 方)同時,施加撚捻》又,驅動帶輪4之軸7係延伸到保 持器8之外方,在其延出端部安裝有輥輪9。在此輥輪9 卡合串聯皮帶1 0,來傳達迴轉驅動力。串聯皮帶1 0係 如圖7所示,適當張掛於驅動馬達1 1之皮帶1 2及複數 導輥1 3,各錠之輥輪9之軸成直交方向延伸。此串聯皮 帶1 0之往復行走皮帶1 0 a,1 Ob係靠近配置於輥輪 9之軸向排列,依定子輥輪1 4究竟卡合於行走皮帶1 〇 a ,l〇b就可選擇輥輪9之迴轉方向,亦即可選擇加工 紗Y 1之Z撚或S撚。除此之外,設於保持器8之基座 1 5內部’備有;在軸7周圍藉適當地旋轉移動驅動帶輪 4,5驅動帶輪4,5調整賦與加工紗Y 1接壓之接壓賦 與裝置,與斷紗時等將皮帶1,2互相離開分離之裝置。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(21〇χ297公羞) -4 - - — - m m m .--1 —i I - m m n i - (請先《讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 403795 經濟部中央標準局貝工消费合作社印製 A7 B7_五、發明説明(2 ) 又,做爲其他紗之假撚裝置之例,有生產成條紡織紗 之細紗機之夾持輥(nip roller )。如圖8所示’夾持 輥(輥輪式假撚裝置)2 1係具備於紡出紡織紗Y 2之細 紗機構2 2。細紗機構2 2係將紗條(sliver ) S供給於 直接牽伸部2 3,而在其前輥2 4之出口由空氣噴射噴嘴 2 5及夾持輥2 1施加撚捻,在心纖維束周圍捲繞平行纖 維,來形成成條紡績紗Y 2。所紡出之成條紡績紗Y 2係 由設在下部之捲取機構(沒有圖示)適當地邊受到導紗動 程捲取成規定形狀之筒子紗。夾持輥2 1係設成其軸2 6 ,2 7做適當交叉一對之輥輪構件2 8,2 9,在其周面 之接觸部將夾住經由空氣噴射噴嘴2 5之紗Y 3施加撚捻 。在各輥輪構件28,29之軸26,27端部安裝有帶 輪3 0,而對於安裝在驅動馬達3 1之輸出軸3 2之帶輪 3 3經由皮帶3 4,3 5連結,向各方向被迴轉驅動。做 爲此夾持輥2 1之迴轉驅動系,係如圖示之各錠裝設驅動 馬達3 1構成之外,也有構成在機台端裝設一個驅動馬達 向錠並設方向延伸線上軸,對於各錠安裝離合器,使用時 規皮帶(timing belt )對於各個輥輪構件之軸傳達轉動 力。 【發明所欲解決之問題】 然而這種構成之鉗板式撚線機1 6及夾持輥2 1,係 將驅動馬達11,31之迴轉由皮帶10,34,35傳 達給各個軸7,26,27,所以,其構成複雜,成爲減 I §^ϋ ϋ_ι alf Bn In I 1^1 (讀先閏讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本纸張尺度逍用中國國家搮準(CNS ) A4规格(210X297公釐) -5- A7 B7 403795 五、發明説明(3 ) 少零件件數及節省空間上之問題。並且,若欲改變假撚之 撚數等時雖然只要變更軸7,26,2 7之方向(交叉角 度)就可以,但是隨此必須變更皮帶10,34,35之 延長方向或長度,所以將變成大幅度之設計變更,而具有 欠缺汎用性之問題。若風綿附著於皮帶1 0,34,35 時就會發生迴轉不均勻,而可能導致降低加工紗Y 2或紡 績紗之品質降低。 【解決問題之手段】 爲了解決上述問題,本發明係將夾住紗而施加撚捻所 用之一對迴轉構件之至少一方之保持器內藏有驅動馬達。 藉此構成就可達成輕巧化。驅動馬達係直結於迴轉構件之 驅動軸較佳。又,驅動馬達係分別裝設於一對之迴轉構件 者較佳。 【發明之實施形態】 茲就本發明之實施形態依據附圖說明如下。 圖1係表示將有關本發明之紗之假撚裝置,適用於延 伸假撚機之鉗板式撚線機之第一實施形態者。此鉗板式撚 線機(皮帶式假撚裝置)4 1係由夾住加工紗Y 1施加撚 捻所用之驅動帶輪4 2,及從動帶輪4 3,與備有一對捲 繞於這些之間之無端皮帶4 4所形成之迴轉構件(假撚賦 與構件)所構成。並且,在驅動帶輪4 2設有直結於其軸 (驅動軸)4 5之直結馬達4 6。所謂直結係表示馬達 —I- .^1 ϋ n I n I a— .^1 ϋ V - (請先《讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局貝工消费合作社印装 本ίΛ張尺度適用中國國家榇準(CNS > A4規格(210X297公釐) : A7 B7 403795 五、發明説明(4 ) 4 6之轉子直接固定於驅動軸4 5,馬達4 6之驅動軸與 迴轉構件之驅動軸4 5共通化。 一對迴轉構件係無端皮帶4 4與其他無端皮帶(沒有 圖示)設成交叉成爲規定角度,在無端皮帶互相之交叉部 6藉夾住加工紗Y 1而將此送出施加撚捻。驅動帶輪4 2 係由在外周具有無端皮帶4 4之捲繞面4 7之圓板狀構件 所構成,在其軸心形成有嵌入軸4 5所用之軸孔4 8 »軸 4 5係從驅動帶輪4 2向一方長的延伸出來,而由保持器 4 9保持爲迴轉自如。保持器4 9係由外筒5 0,與接合 於外筒5 0內壁之內筒5 1所構成,內筒5 1係由從外筒 5 0兩端延伸之長度所形成。在外筒5 0之驅動帶輪4 2 側端部一體地形成有向徑向延伸之臂部5 2。將從動帶輪 4 3迴轉自如地支持》在內筒5 1兩端設有將軸4 5兩臂 支持之軸承5 3,5 4。其軸4 5係從驅動帶輪4 2向外 筒5 0若干進入之部分爲大徑,從其位置到他端爲形成小 徑》並且,在外筒5 0內方之軸小徑部分,配置有驅動馬 達4 6。 在實施形態係,驅動馬達4 6係從低速域到高速域發 生一定轉矩小型之無整流子電動機(無電刷D C馬達)所 構成,而由安裝於軸45之轉子(永久磁鐵)5 5,與靠 近於其徑向外方所安裝之定子(電磁鐵)5 6所構成。在 定子5 6之繞線(沒有圖示)適當供給激磁電流所用之驅 動部5 7係備於內筒5 1內。轉子5 5係接著於軸4 5外 周縮徑形成之高低部5 8。定子5 6係經由圓筒狀之套筒 本紙張尺度適用中國國家揉準(CNS > Α4规格(210X297公釐) ϋ· - ϋ n ·ϋ ϋ 1 . I II ^1 ϋ§ «ϋ X .....U3 、τ (請先聞讀背面之注意事項再填窝本頁) 經濟部中央橾準局貝工消費合作社印装 A7 B7 403795 五、發明説明f ) 5 9由內筒5 1所支持。套筒5 9係嵌著於內筒5 1之內 壁,先端爲抵接於形成於內筒5 1之小高低部6 0而向軸 向定位。在套筒5 9之內周壁形成有支持定子5 6所用之 凹部6 1。驅動部57係在定子56之附近接續於此,其 電纜(電力線及控制線)6 2向內筒5 1之他端側延伸, 而經由設於他端附近之插頭6 3向外方延伸出來。 如圖2所示,驅動部5 7係由功率電路6 4,電流控 制電路65,邏輯電路66,設定比較電路67,電源電 路6 8之五個區塊所構成,而如圖中之粗線箭頭進行訊號 之收發。功率電路6 4係用來控制流動於定子5 6繞線之 電流者,構成電路之電晶體(沒有圖示)爲以一定順序反 復ON,OFF而對於繞線流動激磁電流。電流控制電路 6 5係經常檢測流動於繞線之電流,而將依據負荷大小發 生變化之電流,控制成不會從所設定之迴轉速度發生偏離 者。邏輯電路6 6係受到從設於定子5 6之磁性元件(孔 元件)之回饋訊號,而進行轉子5 5之位置檢測來決定繞 線之激磁順序者。又,藉此回饋訊號來檢測轉速,同時, 執行對於馬達之指令(起動/停止,煞車/運轉等)。設 定比較電路6 7係比較速度設定訊號,與馬達之轉速,若 馬達速度較設定高時就降低對於馬達之輸出,若低時就提 高對於馬達之輸出。電源電路6 8係由商用電源,變成驅 動馬達與各控制電路6 4……6 7所需要之電壓。並且, 驅動部5 7之資訊(輸出波形等)係,傳輸到啓動,管理 鉗板式撚線機4 1之控制機組6 9,而經常監視馬達負荷 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4规格(210X297公釐)· 8 - ' 1 - I— m - 1111=: . —II - -111 I ^^1 n a^i (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央揉準局員工消费合作社印裝 經濟部中央橾準局工消費合作社印製 403795 ^ __B7_ 五、發明説明(g ) 等。按,驅動馬達4 6係雖然無電刷D C馬達較佳,但是 也可以使用感應馬達。又,也可以將驅動部5 7只將感測 器部設於內筒5 1內,而其他部分設於外部。 除此之外,如圖1所示,在內筒之延伸部分設有基座 7 0,在此基座7 0,設有將驅動帶輪4 2之軸4 5做爲 中心藉將全體做適當旋轉移動來調整對於加工紗Y 1之接 壓之接壓賦與裝置(沒有圖示),與當斷紗等時將帶輪 4 3互相分開之分開裝置(沒有圖示)。又,省略圖示之 他方之驅動帶輪,也構成爲與以上所說明同樣之驅動帶輪 4 2。 像這樣地在從動帶輪4 3之軸4 5之軸4 5直結了驅 動馬達4 6,所以,不僅不會發生迴轉不均勻,同時,不 需要先行技術在鉗板撚線機之串聯皮帶或導輪等之複雜傳 動構件,機械全體之構成變成極爲輕巧,不僅可達成零件 件數之減少及節省空間,同時,驅動力傳達效率會變成良 好,所以,可節省能源。又,只要改變保持器4 9之安裝 方向就可改變驅動帶輪4 2及從動帶輪4 3之軸向,將有 關撚數,加撚張力及解撚張力設定之無端皮帶交叉角度之 變更,可極爲容易地進行。亦即,可變成富有汎用性之裝 置。並且可經常監視各錠之驅動帶輪4 2之迴轉狀況,可 防範起因於迴轉異常等之故障之發生。又,做爲驅動馬達 4 6採用了無電刷D C馬達,所以,依據其輸出波形就可 將轉子轉速或負荷之變化即時地加以檢測出來,可確實地 防止事故。並且,在此實施形態係,因將驅動馬達4 6內 本紙張尺度適用中國國家橾準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 1 - m nlni— l»i n - .
