Abstract
The present invention provides, with heat is on, an optimal indoor air-conditioning of even distribution of indoor temperature without sensing draft, that is to say, method and apparatus for the control of air flow in the indoor air conditioner. Having the unit: turbo fan 3 located with the shaft installed longitudinally in the casing and in operation of outward blowing along the radial direction the air sucked from the front side and the heat exchanger 5 located in said casing and in front of the turbo fan 3. Also located in said casing, air outlet for outlet of the air from the turbo fan 3 in both vertical and horizontal directions. With heat on, by using the flap controller 10a, outputs control signals to the stepping motor 41 and stepping motor 44 for upper flap and left flap respectively, thus reducing the opening of the upper, right and left flaps, making the opening of the lower flap in a wider degree than that of the upper, right and left flaps.
