Abstract

A process of producing fixation grooves for longitudinal honeycombed mattress, which is characterized in comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a honeycombed mattress: preparing paper mattress with suitable size and thickness as the raw material in which the paper mattress comprises pre-determined amount of honeycombed structures and its top and bottom are separately adhered with a top plate and a bottom plate to constitute a planar surface; (b) putting the honeycombed mattress in a lower mold to be fixed: putting the honeycombed mattress in the lower mold of a press machine to be fixed at an appropriate working position; (c) the upper mold penetration operation: operating primary pressing operation and using the circumference of the upper mold and pre- determined amount of needle objects installed on the mold to penetrate the upper surface of top plate of the mattress; (d) completing press operation: immediately after the penetration operation, continuing with the following pressing operation to complete the pressing operation in which the following pressing operation may be completed by the displacement of the upper mold for a pre-determined distance to press out grooves with penetration holes with pre-determined shape and depth; (e) formation into a complete product: after completion of formation of the groove structure, removing the honeycombed mattress out of the mold to obtain a paper mattress product with shock-prevention and anti-shock properties.
