Abstract

A ceramic composition for multilayer ceramic capacitor consists of thefollowing equation (I) and 1-15% weight of equation (II) BaO-Bi2O3-TiO2-Ln2O3 (I) glass-LiF-fit (II) in which the glass in equation (II) has the following compositions: Bi2O3=22%, ZnO=13%, B2O3=19%, SiO2=6%, PbO=34%, Na2O=6% and the frit has the following compositions: 43%<ZnO<35.3%, 20%<B2O3<23%, 11.7%<MnCO3<13.7%, 18%<BaCO3<20% Each composition in equation (I) has the following weight percentage: BaO=16.2%, TiO2=38%, Bi2O3=10.9%, Ln2O3=34.9% and Ln=La*Nd; Each compositor in equation (II) has the following weight percentage: 0.1%-1% LiF, 0.1%-10% frit, 1%-10% glass in which the equation (II) has the following weight percentage: 0.25%-0.5% Lif, 1%-6% frit, 2%-8% glass.
