Abstract
一種多件式輪圈,包含一圍繞界定出一單向或雙向之開口的輪框、一位於該開口內的盤面、複數將該盤面固定於該輪框上的第一鎖附件,及複數設置於該盤面上的第二鎖附件。該盤面包括一與該輪框同軸設置且圍繞界定出一中心孔的盤芯,及複數連接該輪框及該盤芯的輪輻。該等第一鎖附件分別將該等輪輻鎖設於該輪框上。該等第二鎖附件分別將該等輪輻鎖設於該盤芯上。由於該等輪輻是可拆離地組裝於該盤芯上,因此可根據需求替換不同外型和數量的輪輻,如此可讓組件相互通用,降低開模需求及成本,有利於輪圈的模組化。
Description
本發明是有關於一種輪圈,特別是指一種利於模組化的多件式輪圈。
參閱圖1,一般的輪圈1包含一圍繞出一開口111的輪框11、一設置於該開口111內的盤面12,及複數將該盤面12鎖設於該輪框11上的螺栓13。雖然該輪圈1的結構簡單,卻也因此造成該盤面12的外型無法隨意變更,僅能透過將該盤面12整個換掉來變化該輪圈1的外型,如此便需根據不同外型之需求製造不同的盤面12,泛用性較差,因此尚有改善之空間。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種利於模組化的多件式輪圈。
於是,本發明多件式輪圈,包含一圍繞界定出一開口的輪框、一位於該開口內的盤面、複數將該盤面固定於該輪框上的第一鎖附件,及複數設置於該盤面上的第二鎖附件。該盤面包括一與該輪框同軸設置且圍繞界定出一中心孔的盤芯,及複數連接該輪框及該盤芯的輪輻。該等第一鎖附件分別將該等輪輻鎖設於該輪框上。該等第二鎖附件分別將該等輪輻鎖設於該盤芯上。
本發明之功效在於:由於該等輪輻是可拆離地組裝於該盤芯上,因此可根據需求替換不同外型和數量的輪輻,如此可讓組件相互通用,降低開模需求及成本,有利於輪圈的模組化。
參閱圖2、圖3,及圖4,為本發明多件式輪圈之一實施例,包含一圍繞界定出一為單向或雙向之開口21的輪框2、一位於該開口21內的盤面3、複數沿該輪框2的軸向方向由內而外地將該盤面3鎖設於該輪框2上的第一鎖附件4、複數沿該輪框2的軸向方向由內而外地鎖設於該盤面3上的第二鎖附件5,及複數沿該輪框2的軸向方向由外而內地鎖設於該盤面3上的固定件6(未顯示於圖3)。在本實施例中,該輪框2較佳是以碳纖維材質製成。
參閱圖2、圖3,及圖5,其中圖3及圖5為了便於說明,因此省略繪示部分元件。該盤面3包括一與該輪框2同軸設置且圍繞界定出一中心孔311的盤芯31、複數沿該輪框2的徑向方向延伸且分別連接該輪框2及該盤芯31的輪輻32,及複數沿該輪框2的周向方向設置於該等輪輻32之間的飾板33(未顯示於圖3及圖5)。該等輪輻32彼此等角度地環狀間隔排列。每一飾板33設置於兩相鄰輪輻32之間,且具有一圍繞界定出一散熱窗口331的圍繞壁部332。兩相鄰飾板33相間隔界定出一開槽333,位於該二飾板33之間的一輪輻32透過該開槽333顯露於外。在本實施例中,該盤芯31較佳是以金屬材質製成,而該等輪輻32是以碳纖維材質或鋁製成。每一第一鎖附件4穿過該輪框2且末端鎖設於其中一輪輻32上(也可採末端鎖設於該輪框2上的設計方式),每一第二鎖附件5穿過該盤芯31且末端鎖設於其中一輪輻32上(也可採末端鎖設於該盤芯31上的設計方式),透過該等第一、第二鎖附件4、5將該輪框2、該等輪輻32,及該盤芯31可拆離地相互固定在一起。該等固定件6鎖設於該盤芯31上,且透過螺頭將該等飾板33壓制於該盤芯31上,達到限位固定該等飾板33之功效。
參閱圖2、圖4,及圖6,使用者可依需求更換不同外型或數量的該等輪輻32及該等飾板33,從而組合形成不同視覺效果之外型,甚至可如圖6所示地不需安裝該等飾板33。透過本實施例可替換式的設計,使該等輪輻32在不同外型設計時皆能使用,減少需要開模的部件數量,有效提升泛用性且降低開模成本。
綜上所述,本發明可根據需求更換該等飾板33及該等輪輻32,從而形成不同之外型,利於模組化且可降低成本,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (7)
- 一種多件式輪圈,包含: 一輪框,圍繞界定出一開口; 一盤面,位於該開口內,並包括一與該輪框同軸設置且圍繞界定出一中心孔的盤芯,及複數連接該輪框及該盤芯的輪輻; 複數第一鎖附件,分別將該等輪輻鎖設於該輪框上;及 複數第二鎖附件,分別將該等輪輻鎖設於該盤芯上。
- 如請求項1所述的多件式輪圈,其中,該盤面還包括複數設置於該等輪輻之間的飾板,每一飾板沿該輪框的周向方向設置於兩相鄰輪輻之間。
- 如請求項2所述的多件式輪圈,其中,該盤面之任兩相鄰飾板相間隔界定出一開槽,位於該等飾板之間的一輪輻透過該開槽顯露於外。
- 如請求項3所述的多件式輪圈,其中,該盤面之每一飾板具有一圍繞界定出至少一散熱窗口的圍繞壁部。
- 如請求項2所述的多件式輪圈,還包含複數設置於該盤芯上且將該等飾板固定於該盤芯上的固定件。
- 如請求項1所述的多件式輪圈,其中,該輪框以碳纖維材質製成,該盤芯以金屬材質製成。
- 如請求項6所述的多件式輪圈,其中,該等輪輻以碳纖維材質或鋁製成。
