Abstract
一種卡緣連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固持於絕緣本體的複數導電端子,絕緣本體包括兩側壁、連接兩側壁末端的端壁以及由兩側壁和端壁圍設形成的中央插槽,複數導電端子分別安裝於兩側壁,每一導電端子包括固定於側壁的基部、延伸進中央插槽的接觸部以及自基部向下延伸出絕緣本體底部的連接腳,每一導電端子固定有一獨立的附加端子,附加端子包括與基部固持的附加基部及延伸進中央插槽的附加接觸部,接觸部和附加接觸部用於與電子卡接觸。藉由獨立的附加端子在與電子卡形成雙觸點接觸的同時使得導電端子可一次性組裝入絕緣本體,節約裝配成本。
Description
本發明涉及一種卡緣連接器,尤其涉及一種裝配簡單且與電子卡接觸穩定的卡緣連接器。
中國大陸發明第CN106785543號專利公開了一種卡緣連接器,其包括絕緣本體和固定於絕緣本體的導電端子,絕緣本體包括沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁、連接兩側壁末端的兩端壁以及由兩側壁和兩端壁圍設形成的中央插槽,每一導電端子具有基部、自基部一端延伸的安裝部、自基部另一端延伸的兩延伸部、以及自兩延伸部份別進一步延伸進中央插槽內的兩接觸部,因導電端子的基部、延伸部、接觸部以及安裝部位於同一平面,從而使得在組裝導電端子時只能兩兩組裝,導致裝配成本上升。
鑒於以上問題,實有必要對習知技術進行改進以克服上述缺陷。
本發明的目的係:提供一種導電端子可一次性組裝至絕緣本體的卡緣連接器。
為達到上述目的,本發明採用如下技術方案:
一種卡緣連接器,用於插接電子卡,其包括:縱長的絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體包括沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁、連接兩側壁末端的端壁、以及由兩側壁和端壁圍設形成的中央插槽;及複數導電端子,其固持於所述絕緣本體,所述複數導電端子分別安裝於兩側壁,每一導電端子包括固定於側壁的基部、延伸進所述中央插槽的接觸部、以及自所述基部向下延伸出所述絕緣本體底部的連接腳;其中每一導電端子還固定有一獨立的附加端子,所述附加端子包括與所述基部固持在一起的附加基部及延伸進所述中央插槽的附加接觸部,所述接觸部與所述附加接觸部用於與所述電子卡接觸。
相對於先前技術,本發明具有如下功效:卡緣連接器藉由設置獨立的附加端子,在與電子卡形成雙觸點接觸的同時使得導電端子可一次性組裝入絕緣本體,節約裝配成本。
請參考第一圖及第二圖所示,本發明卡緣連接器100,用於將電子卡(未圖示)電性連接至電路板(未圖示)。卡緣連接器100包括縱長的絕緣本體1、固持於絕緣本體1的複數導電端子2以及可轉動地安裝在絕緣本體1縱長兩端的耳扣3。
絕緣本體1包括沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁11、連接兩側壁11末端的兩端壁12、以及由兩側壁11和兩端壁12圍設形成的中央插槽13。兩側壁11分別設有複數沿縱長方向間隔排佈的端子槽111。端子槽111與中央插槽13相連通,複數導電端子2收容於端子槽111內。絕緣本體1在兩端壁12之間設有連接兩側壁11的防呆部14,防呆部14至其中一端壁12的距離大於防呆部14至另一端壁12之間的距離,從而防止電子卡(未圖示)誤插。絕緣本體1還設有自端壁12向上延伸超出兩側壁11頂面的塔形部15。耳扣3可轉動地安裝在塔形部15上。塔形部15設有安裝腔151及面向安裝腔151的樞接孔152。耳扣3包括安裝於安裝腔151的主體部31、自主體部31的相對兩側凸伸而收容於樞接孔152的樞接軸32、以及位於主體部31上方的操作部33。
請參考第三圖至第五圖所示,每一導電端子2包括固定於端子槽111內的基部21、自基部21的頂部向上延伸的延伸部22、自延伸部22的頂端彎折再延伸進中央插槽13的接觸部23、以及自基部21的底部背離或朝向中央插槽13彎折再向下延伸出絕緣本體1底部的連接腳24。相鄰兩導電端子2的連接腳24的彎折方向相反設置,即一導電端子2的連接腳24係朝向中央插槽13彎折再向下延伸,而與它相鄰的導電端子2連接腳24係背離中央插槽13彎折再向下延伸。
每一導電端子2還固定有一獨立的附加端子25,附加端子25位於導電端子2的內側。附加端子25包括與基部21固持在一起的附加基部26、自附加基部26向上延伸的附加延伸部27、以及自附加延伸部27的頂端彎折再延伸進中央插槽13的附加接觸部28。附加基部26藉由焊接或鉚壓或其他固定方式與基部21固定在一起,從而形成完整的導電端子2。附加延伸部27抵靠在延伸部22上。附加延伸部27的向上延伸長度小於延伸部22的向上延伸長度,從而使得附加接觸部28位於接觸部23的下方。接觸部23和附加接觸部28同時接觸電子卡(未圖示)的同一導電片,從而與電子卡(未圖示)形成雙觸點接觸,提升卡緣連接器100與電子卡(未圖示)接觸的穩定性、避免因灰塵等雜質的進入而導致接觸的不穩定性。附加端子25附加基部26的底部未延伸有連接腳,從而避免附加端子25與導電端子2接觸面積過大而增大兩者之間的固持難度。基部21和附加基部26均設有與端子槽111內壁干涉固持的倒刺29。
與習知技術相比,本發明卡緣連接器100藉由設置獨立的附加端子25,在與電子卡形成雙觸點接觸的同時使得導電端子組裝入絕緣本體時可一次性組裝,節約裝配成本。
第六圖及第七圖揭示了本發明另一種實施例的卡緣連接器,該實施例的卡緣連接器與上述卡緣連接器100結構基本相似,僅導電端子2’做了改進,故,以下僅對導電端子2’做詳細介紹,絕緣本體1’、耳扣3’的結構均不再詳細說明。
導電端子2’ 包括基部21’、自基部21’的頂部向上延伸的延伸部22’、自延伸部22’的頂端彎折再延伸進中央插槽13’的接觸部23’、以及自基部21’的底部背離或朝向中央插槽13’彎折再向下延伸出絕緣本體1’底部的連接腳24’。相鄰兩導電端子2’的連接腳24’的彎折方向相反設置,即一導電端子2’的連接腳24’係朝向中央插槽13’彎折再向下延伸,而與它相鄰的導電端子2’的連接腳24’係背離中央插槽13’彎折再向下延伸。
每一導電端子2’還固定有一獨立的附加端子25’, 附加端子25’位於導電端子2’的內側。附加端子25’包括與基部21’固持在一起的附加基部26’、自附加基部26’先朝向中央插槽13’彎折後向上傾斜延伸再背離中央插槽13’傾斜延伸而形成的附加接觸部28’、以及自附加接觸部28’繼續向上延伸的附加延伸部27’。附加延伸部27’設有位於接觸部23’彎折內側且朝向接觸部23’傾斜的自由末端271’。
另一實施例卡緣連接器藉由設置附加端子25’從而與電子卡(未圖示)形成雙觸點接觸。同時,附加端子25’的附加延伸部27’設有位於接觸部23’折彎內側的自由末端271’,使得當接觸部23’背離中央插槽13’偏移抵接自由末端271’時,自由末端271’可提供給接觸部23’一抵持力從而保證接觸部23’與電子卡(未圖示)接觸穩定。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限定本發明之權利範圍。舉凡所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆仍涵蓋於後附之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種卡緣連接器,用於插接電子卡,其包括: 縱長的絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體包括沿縱長方向延伸的兩側壁、連接兩側壁末端的端壁、以及由兩側壁和端壁圍設形成的中央插槽;及 複數導電端子,其固持於所述絕緣本體,所述複數導電端子分別安裝於兩側壁,每一導電端子包括固定於側壁的基部、延伸進所述中央插槽的接觸部、以及自所述基部向下延伸出所述絕緣本體底部的連接腳; 其中每一導電端子還固定有一獨立的附加端子,所述附加端子包括與所述基部固持在一起的附加基部及延伸進所述中央插槽的附加接觸部,所述接觸部與所述附加接觸部用於與所述電子卡接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述基部和附加基部藉由焊接或鉚壓而固定在一起,從而形成完整的導電端子。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述導電端子自其基部向上延伸有延伸部,所述延伸部自其頂端彎折再朝向所述中央插槽延伸而形成所述接觸部,所述附加端子自其附加基部向上延伸有附加延伸部,所述附加延伸部自其頂端彎折再朝向所述中央插槽延伸而形成所述附加接觸部,所述附加接觸部位於所述接觸部的下方從而接觸所述電子卡上的同一導電片。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述附加延伸部抵靠於所述延伸部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述導電端子自其基部向上延伸有延伸部,所述延伸部自其頂端彎折再朝向所述中央插槽延伸而形成所述接觸部,所述附加接觸部係自所述附加基部向所述中央插槽彎折再向上延伸而形成,所述附加端子設有自所述附加接觸部繼續向上延伸的附加延伸部。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述附加延伸部設有位於所述接觸部的內側且朝向所述接觸部傾斜的自由末端。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述附加端子位於所述導電端子的內側,所述連接腳係自所述基部背離或朝向所述中央插槽彎折再向下延伸出所述絕緣本體的底部。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之卡緣連接器,其中相鄰的兩導電端子的連接腳的彎折方向為相反設置。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述附加端子的附加基部的底部未延伸有連接腳。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述基部和附加基部均設有與所述側壁干涉固持的倒刺。
