Abstract

本發明提供一種嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其可安裝於腳踏車的踏板曲柄上,其包含踏板本體、軸承、踏板中軸、磁場感應單元、永久磁石、運算模組、傳輸模組及電源模組,踏板本體的中央有一軸孔,磁場感應單元設於軸孔的內緣,踏板中軸貫穿設於軸孔內,偏心座則設於踏板中軸的一端,永久磁石設於偏心座上且偏離踏板中軸的軸心的位置,使得永久磁石與磁場感應單元作相對運動時,磁場感應單元能擷取磁場變化,運算模組則根據磁場變化計算產生踏板曲柄運作資訊,再由傳輸模組發送至外界,電源模組則提供運算模組及傳輸模組作動所需的電源。

Description

嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置
本發明係一種腳踏車踏板裝置,尤指一種透過感應磁場進行量測踏板曲柄轉動資訊的腳踏車踏板裝置。
物聯網(英語:Internet of Things,IoT)是網際網路、傳統電信網等資訊承載體,讓所有能行使獨立功能的普通物體實現互聯互通的網路,物聯網將現實世界數位化,應用範圍十分廣泛。
在腳踏車的運動輔助裝置中,亦有許多結合物聯網概念的應用被提出,例如利用結合GPS或多種感測器,將訊息傳送至手持裝置或遠端裝置,供使用者了解或追蹤目前騎乘腳踏車的路徑、路況、溫度、騎乘者的各種生理狀態。
本案發明人專研於智慧型運動器材領域多年,基於同樣的概念,遂發想是否能提出一結合物聯網概念的腳踏車踏板裝置,以提供使用者有別於傳統的創新應用。
為解決前揭之問題,本發明之目的係提供一種具備精簡構造的腳踏車踏板裝置,其可量測踏板曲柄轉動的相關資訊,讓使用者能更佳地掌握運動的即時資訊,且兼具製造、組裝與維護上的優勢。
為達上述目的,本發明提出一種嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其係提供安裝於腳踏車的一踏板曲柄上,本裝置包含一踏板本體、至少一軸承、一踏板中軸、一偏心座、至少一永久磁石、一運算模組、一傳輸模組及一電源模組,踏板本體的中央設有一軸孔,軸孔的內緣設有至少一磁場感應單元,軸孔的內緣則設有至少一軸承,踏板中軸是透過軸承貫穿設於軸孔內,偏心座則設於踏板中軸的一端,偏心座上設有永久磁石,且永久磁石偏離踏板中軸的軸心的位置,使得永久磁石與磁場感應單元作相對運動時,磁場感應單元能擷取一磁場變化,運算模組則是連接至磁場感應單元,以根據磁場變化,計算產生一踏板曲柄運作資訊,傳輸模組是與運算模組連接,以發送踏板曲柄運作資訊至外界,電源模組則提供運算模組及傳輸模組作動所需的電源。
綜上所述,本發明的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,至少包含下列優點:
1.本發明的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置能經由量測踏板曲柄轉動的相關資訊,讓使用者能更佳地掌握運動的即時資訊。
2.本發明的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置具有裝設方便之優點,僅需將一般腳踏車的踏板拆下,換裝上本發明的磁感應踏板裝置即可使用。
3.本發明的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其構造精簡且可靠,於製造與組裝上更具優勢,且利於維護。

以下將描述具體之實施例以說明本發明之實施態樣,惟其並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明提出一種嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置1,可安裝於腳踏車的踏板曲柄上,其包含一踏板本體10、至少一軸承20、一踏板中軸30、一偏心座40以及至少一永久磁石41,以及未示出於圖上的一運算模組51、一傳輸模組52及一電源模組70。
踏板本體10,即為提供踩踏的踏板,其材質可為金屬或工程塑膠。踏板本體10的中央設有一軸孔101,而軸孔101的內緣設有至少 一磁場感應單元11,具體而言,磁場感應單元可為一感應線圈、磁簧開關(Reed switch)或是霍爾感測元件。
軸孔101的內緣設有軸承20,踏板中軸30則透過軸承20貫穿設於軸孔101內。踏板中軸30另以其一端裝設於腳踏車的踏板曲柄X上,故當使用者踩踏腳踏車使得踏板曲柄X旋轉時,踏板中軸30會與踏板本體10進行相對運動。
踏板中軸30的一端設有偏心座40,偏心座40上則設有至少一永久磁石41。為了製作與取得的方便性考量,偏心座40可為一螺母,其一部分具有鏤空處42以容置永久磁石41於踏板中軸30的一端,故於組裝時,僅需將永久磁石41置入鏤空處42、將偏心座40鎖上踏板中軸30,即完成組裝,其中,為了使永久磁石41與磁場感應單元11作相對運動時,磁場感應單元11能擷取到一磁場變化,永久磁石41於偏心座40裝配上踏板中軸30後,永久磁石41位於離踏板中軸30的軸心31的位置,如圖4所示,其為將偏心座40裝配上踏板中軸30後,由一端看入之示意圖,意即偏心座40上的鏤空處42需儘量使得永久磁石41偏離踏板中軸30的軸心31,以使磁場感應單元11接收到的磁場變化最大化,其中該永久磁石的磁性直接可被該磁場感應單元感應到。
於本發明之另一實施例中,偏心座40亦可為一圓柱體,其上具有一鏤空處42以容置永久磁石,偏心座40的一端設有螺紋,以與設有相應螺紋的踏板中軸30的一端互相進行鎖固,使得偏心座40與踏板中軸30連動。
於本發明之再一實施例中,其中該偏心座40與該永久磁石41可為一體狀。
請參閱圖5,永久磁石41與磁場感應單元11作相對運動時,會因踏板曲柄X與踏板本體10的相對角度變化,產生磁場變化。磁感應踏板裝置10(以踏板頂面為準)與踏板曲柄X(以軸向延伸為準)的夾角θ,會於踩踏過程中不停變化,因此磁場感應單元11擷取到不同的磁場大小,當磁場感應單元11為一霍爾感應元件時(如圖1),其產生如圖6所示的變化電流。然而須注意圖6中所示的電流波型僅為示意之用,實際上使用者踩踏腳踏車時並不規律,故通常並不會產生如此規律的弦波之波型。而當磁場感應單元11為感應線圈時,亦會因為電流變化產生類似的電壓波型或電流波型,供後續處理之用。
而當磁場感應單元為一磁簧開關時(如圖7),因磁簧開關只有「開」以及「關」兩種輸出,故不會得到如圖6中的電壓波型或電流波型,但依然可藉由開關的頻率計算出踏板曲柄運作資訊。
請參閱圖3,運算模組51,是連接至磁場感應單元11,以根據磁場變化,計算產生一踏板曲柄運作資訊,在實現上,運算模組51具體上可為一單晶片,其內載入程式以執行前述之運算以及相關之控制。具體而言,運算模組51根據磁場變化在磁場感應單元11造成的電流變化或電壓變化,進行計算以產生踏板曲柄運作資訊。其中,踏板曲柄運作資訊是描述使用者踩踏腳踏車時,踏板曲柄動作的相關資訊,例如踏板曲柄轉動速度,或是踏板曲柄累積轉動次數等,其中,運算模組51係可包含 一記憶體510,用以紀錄腳踏板運作資訊的歷史資料、自行車ID、車況、維修資訊或使用者生理資訊等。
傳輸模組52,其是提供IO傳輸介面之功能,傳輸模組與運算模組51連接,以發送踏板曲柄運作資訊至外界,傳輸模組52可為任意類型但具備無線傳輸功能及有線傳輸功能的單晶片或微控器。其中,外界是指外界的一終端裝置,例如可為自行車錶、手機或平板電腦等的智慧型裝置90,或是筆記型電腦、桌上型電腦等,其內安裝有相應的應用程式,以將接收到的踏板曲柄運作資訊顯示給使用者觀看,或做其他運算之用,其中當嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置1在作動時為無線傳輸,當嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置1在停止作動時為有線傳輸或無線傳輸,以下載運動資訊到自行車錶或個人智慧型裝置。
電源模組70,其是與運算模組51及傳輸模組52連接,以提供運算模組51及傳輸模組52作動所需的電源。具體而言,電源模組包含電池71及相應的電源控制電路,電池可為鈕扣電池、永久電池、充電電池或其他類型的電池。
再請參閱圖1與圖7,為了方便安裝與維護,本發明的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置1使用了一固定件80,其是設於踏板本體10的軸孔101內且遠離踏板中軸30的一端,固定件80可為一中空柱狀體,材質可為塑膠或其他剛性材質,固定件80的大小與軸孔101相符合,以方便置入踏板本體10中,並於其一端設置相應的機構與踏板本體10鎖固,固定 件80內的中空部分則可提供容納電源模組70的電池71。固定件上亦設置有導出電池的電流的正極彈片81以及負極彈片82。
另外,固定件80的一端亦可設置用以容置電路板50的空間,以及一上蓋83,為了方便組裝及維護,傳輸模組52及運算模組51可設於電路板50上,如此一來,當傳輸模組52及運算模組51損壞時,僅需打開上蓋83,將電路板50抽出修理即可,於組裝上亦相當便利。
同時,踏板本體10的固定件80更可增設導磁單元102,具體而言,可為一金屬片,導磁單元102的一部份鄰近永久磁石41,另一部分鄰近磁場感應單元11,以將永久磁石41的磁通量透過導磁單元102引導至鄰近磁場感應單元11處,如此一來,磁場感應單元11便不用一定要設在永久磁石41旁邊,只要以導磁單元102引導磁路,磁場感應單元11便能偵測到磁通量的變化,以供運算模組51進行計數,大大地增加裝置在踏板本體上的空間配置以及接線上的靈活度。
請參閱圖8,為本發明另再一實施例,其與前述實施例的差別在該偏心座40與該永久磁石41為一體狀,且踏板本體10係為卡踏鞋專用的卡踏板。
上列詳細說明係針對本發明之一可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍,凡未脫離本發明技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其係提供安裝於腳踏車的一踏板曲柄上,該裝置包含:一踏板本體,其中央設有一軸孔,該軸孔的內緣設有至少一磁場感應單元;至少一軸承,其係設於該軸孔的內緣;一踏板中軸,其係透過該軸承貫穿設於該軸孔內;一偏心座,其係設於該踏板中軸的一端;至少一永久磁石,該永久磁石設於該偏心座上且偏離該踏板中軸的軸心的位置,使得該永久磁石與該磁場感應單元作相對運動時,該磁場感應單元能擷取一磁場變化;一運算模組,其係連接至該磁場感應單元,以根據該磁場變化,計算產生一踏板曲柄運作資訊;一傳輸模組,其係連接至該運算模組,以發送該踏板曲柄運作資訊至外界;以及一電源模組,係提供該運算模組及該傳輸模組作動所需的電源。
  2. 如請求項1所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中該磁場感應單元為磁簧開關或霍爾感測元件。
  3. 如請求項1所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中該踏板曲柄運作資訊係為踏板曲柄轉動速度或踏板曲柄累積轉動次數的其中之一或結合。
  4. 如請求項1所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中更包含一固定件,其係設於該軸孔內且遠離該踏板中軸的一端,該固定件提供容置該電源模組。
  5. 如請求項4所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中更包含一電路板,其係設於該固定件上,該電路板上設有該運算模組及該傳輸模組。
  6. 如請求項1所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中該偏心座與該永久磁石可為分離式或一體狀。
  7. 如請求項1所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中更包含至少一導磁單元,其係設於該軸孔的內緣且鄰近該永久磁石及該磁場感應單元。
  8. 如請求項1所述的嵌入式磁感應踏板裝置,其中該永久磁石的磁性直接被該磁場感應單元感應到。
