Abstract
本發明之目的在於提供一種不調配作為液狀紫外線吸收劑之甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯及奧克立林而發揮較高之紫外線防禦能力,並且抑制極性油之調配量而使用感亦優異之水中油型乳化化粧料。本發明係關於一種水中油型乳化化粧料,其含有:(A)包含(a1)含磺酸基之水溶性紫外線吸收劑、(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、及(a4)乙基己基三酮的紫外線吸收劑、(B)極性油、(C)高級醇、及(D)非離子性界面活性劑,且上述(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、(a4)乙基己基三酮、及(B)極性油之合計調配量為45質量%以下。
Description
本發明係關於一種水中油型乳化化粧料。更詳細而言,係關於一種不含作為先前通用之液狀紫外線吸收劑之甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯及奧克立林,再者即便油分量較少而乳化穩定性亦優異、顯示較高之紫外線防禦效果之水中油型乳化化粧料。
於顯示紫外線防禦效果之水中油型乳化化粧料例如防曬化粧料中,由於自先前,為了有效地遮蔽自UVA(Ultraviolet Radiation A,長波紫外線)區域至UVB(Ultraviolet Radiation B,短波紫外線)區域之紫外線,將油性之紫外線吸收劑及粉末狀之紫外線散射劑適宜組合而調配。然而,若大量調配油性之紫外線吸收劑,則賦予黏膩之感觸,若紫外線散射劑之調配較多,則有成為粉狀之使用感而皮膚不自然地變白等問題。 於專利文獻1中,記載有:藉由調配特定之4種紫外線吸收劑,可不調配紫外線散射劑或即便抑制調配量亦達成較高之SPF(Sun Protection Factor,短波長通濾波器)。 另一方面,指出有對作為紫外線吸收劑所通用之肉桂酸辛基甲氧酯(甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯)或奧克立林具有刺激性,亦提出有代替其等而調配特定之紫外線散射劑(金紅石型結晶氧化鈦等)而確保紫外線防禦效果之防曬化粧料(專利文獻2)。 然而,上述之液狀紫外線吸收劑不僅該等本身具有紫外線吸收能力,亦可作為共同調配之固形或難溶性之紫外線吸收劑之良溶劑而發揮作用(例如,參照專利文獻3)。因此,於不調配該等液狀紫外線吸收劑之情形時,為了防止其他紫外線吸收劑之析出或不穩定化,無法獲得成為溶劑之極性油增量,作為其結果,有產生黏膩之問題。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]WO2010/110020號公報 [專利文獻2]日本專利特開2015-124172號公報 [專利文獻3]日本專利特開2014-240382號公報
[發明所欲解決之問題] 因此,本發明之課題在於提供一種水中油型乳化化粧料,其不調配作為液狀紫外線吸收劑之甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯及奧克立林,再者即便抑制極性油之調配量,亦發揮較高之紫外線防禦能力,此外乳化穩定性及使用感亦優異。 [解決問題之技術手段] 本發明者對於上述之課題努力研究,結果發現:作為紫外線吸收劑,將特定之水溶性吸收劑與油性固形吸收劑組合而調配,進而藉由於乳化系中導入α凝膠結構,而獲得一面顯示較高之紫外線防禦能力,一面穩定性及使用性優異之水中油型乳化化粧料,從而完成本發明。 即,本發明提供一種水中油型乳化化粧料,其含有: (A)包含(a1)含磺酸基之水溶性紫外線吸收劑、 (a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、 (a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、及 (a4)乙基己基三酮的紫外線吸收劑、 (B)極性油、 (C)高級醇、及 (D)非離子性界面活性劑,且上述(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、(a4)乙基己基三酮、及(B)極性油之合計調配量為45質量%以下。 [發明之效果] 本發明之水中油型乳化化粧料係不調配作為液狀紫外線吸收劑之甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯及奧克立林,再者即便抑制極性油之調配量而乳化穩定性亦優異,顯示較高之紫外線防禦效果,並且無刺激而使用感觸良好。
本發明之水中油型乳化化粧料(以下,僅稱為「乳化化粧料」)含有紫外線吸收劑(A成分)。本發明之紫外線吸收劑係含有含磺酸基之水溶性紫外線吸收劑(a1成分)、雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三(a2成分)、二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯(a3成分)、及乙基己基三酮(a4成分)作為必需成分。 (a1)含磺酸基之水溶性紫外線吸收劑係於分子內具有磺酸基之水溶性之紫外線吸收劑。 作為(a1)成分,雖無限定,但可較佳地使用具有磺酸基之苯基苯并咪唑衍生物或亞苄基樟腦衍生物等。 作為苯基苯并咪唑衍生物之具體例,可列舉:苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(表示名稱)等,可較佳地使用稱為Eusolex 232(Eusolex 232)之商品名且由Merck股份有限公司所市售者。 作為亞苄基樟腦衍生物,可列舉:亞苄基樟腦磺酸、對苯二甲二基二樟腦磺酸等,均以來自Sysmex(Chimex)公司之MEXORYL SD(MEXORYL SD)及MEXORYL SX(MEXORYL SX)之商品名進行市售。 本發明之乳化化粧料中之含磺酸基之水溶性紫外線吸收劑(a1成分)之調配量較佳為0.1~10質量%,更佳為0.3~8質量%,進而較佳為0.5~5質量%。 (a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三(表示名稱)係油性之固形紫外線吸收劑,以TINOSORB S(TINOSORB S)之商品名由BASF公司進行市售。 本發明之乳化化粧料中之雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三(a2成分)之調配量較佳為0.1~10質量%,更佳為0.3~8質量%,進而較佳為0.5~5質量%。 (a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯(顯示名稱)係油性且黏性液狀或固形之紫外線吸收劑,以UVINUL A PLUS(UVINUL A PLUS)之商品名由BASF公司進行市售。 本發明之乳化化粧料中之二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯(a3成分)之調配量較佳為0.1~10質量%,更佳為0.3~8質量%,進而較佳為0.5~5質量%。 (a4)乙基己基三酮(表示名稱)係油性之固形紫外線吸收劑,以UVINUL T-150(UVINUL T-150)之商品名由BASF公司進行市售。 本發明之乳化化粧料中之乙基己基三酮(a4成分)之調配量較佳為0.1~10質量%,更佳為0.3~8質量%,進而較佳為0.5~5質量%。 成分(a1)、(a2)、(a3)及(a4)之合計調配量較佳為設為1.0~20質量%,更佳為1.5~19質量%,進而較佳為2.0~18質量%。只要將合計調配於上述範圍內進行調整,則可獲得充分之紫外線防禦效果。 本發明之乳化化粧料中之紫外線吸收劑亦可僅由上述(a1)~(a4)之紫外線吸收劑構成,除此以外,亦可於不阻礙本發明之效果之範圍內調配水溶性或油溶性之其他紫外線吸收劑。作為其他紫外線吸收劑,例如可列舉:苯甲酸衍生物、水楊酸衍生物、肉桂酸衍生物、二苯甲醯甲烷衍生物、丙烯酸β,β-二苯酯衍生物、二苯甲酮衍生物、亞苄基樟腦衍生物、苯基苯并咪唑衍生物、三衍生物、苯基苯并三唑衍生物、鄰胺苯甲基衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物、丙二酸亞苄酯衍生物、4,4-二芳基丁二烯衍生物等。然而,不調配甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯及奧克立林。 再者,包含(a2)、(a3)及(a4)之油溶性紫外線吸收劑之合計調配量較佳為設為0.5~19.5質量%,更佳為0.8~17質量%,進而較佳為1~15質量%。 本發明之乳化化粧料中所調配之極性油(成分B)只要為通常調配於化粧料等中之極性油即可,並無特別限定。具體而言,可較佳地使用酯油,尤其可較佳地使用IOB(Inorganic organic Balance,無機性有機性平衡值)值為0.1~0.5左右之酯油。 作為極性油(B成分)之具體例,並無特別限定,可列舉:癸二酸二異丙酯、四乙基己酸季戊四醇酯、乙基己酸鯨蠟酯、荷荷芭油、月桂醯麩胺酸二(植物固醇/辛基十二烷基)酯、三異硬脂、二異硬脂酸甘油酯、三異辛酸甘油酯、二聚物二亞麻油酸(植物固醇/山萮基)酯、二聚物二亞麻油酸(植物固醇/異硬脂基/鯨蠟基/硬脂基/異硬脂基/鯨蠟基/硬脂基/山萮基)酯、棕櫚酸異丙酯、澳洲胡桃脂肪酸植物固醇、四(山萮酸/苯甲酸/乙基己酸)季戊四醇酯、棕櫚酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、二新戊酸三丙二醇、新戊酸異癸酯等。進而,液狀紫外線吸收劑亦可包含於極性油(B成分)中。因此,於本發明中,於算出A成分及B成分各者之合計調配量之情形等時,油溶性且極性之液狀紫外線吸收劑係設為包含於極性油(B成分)中者。 本發明之乳化化粧料中之極性油(B成分)之調配量係必須將(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、(a4)乙基己基三酮及(B)極性油之合計調配量設為45質量%以下。若該合計調配量超過45質量%,則無法獲得穩定之乳化物。所謂45質量%以下,不言而喻包含例如44質量%、43質量%、42質量%、41質量%、40質量%、39質量%以下、38質量%以下、37質量%以下、36質量%以下、及35質量%以下等所有值。再者,該合計量之下限值並無特別限定,例如可設為1質量%以上、3質量%以上、6質量%以上、或9質量%以上等。 極性油(B成分)之調配量只要為滿足上述之條件之範圍內,則並無特別限定,就對塗佈後之皮膚賦予光澤之觀點而言,較佳為設為6質量%以上。 於本發明之乳化化粧料中,若將極性油(B成分)之調配量之相對於(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯及(a4)乙基己基三酮之合計調配量之比率[(B)/(a2+a3+a4)]設為0.6以上,則穩定性進而提高,故而較佳,更佳為1.0以上。該比率[(B)/(a2+a3+a4)]之上限值雖無特別限定,但就化粧料之使用性之觀點而言,較佳為設為約6以下,更佳為約5以下。 (C)高級醇 作為本發明之乳化化粧料中所使用之高級醇(C成分),只要為可用於化妝品、醫藥品、準藥品等領域中之碳數6以上之高級醇,則並無特別限定,包含飽和直鏈一元醇及不飽和一元醇等。作為飽和直鏈一元醇,可列舉:十二烷醇(月桂醇)、三-十二烷醇、四-十二烷醇(肉豆蔻醇)、十五烷醇、十六烷醇(鯨蠟醇)、十七烷醇、十八烷醇(硬脂醇)、十九烷醇、二十醇(花生醇)、二十一醇、二十二醇(山萮醇)、二十三醇、二十四醇(二十四烷基醇)、二十五醇、二十六醇(蠟醇)等。作為不飽和一元醇,可列舉:反油醇等。於本發明中,就經時穩定性之方面而言,較佳為飽和直鏈一元醇。 (C)高級醇可使用上述之一種或兩種以上。於本發明中,較佳為使用兩種以上之脂肪族醇之混合物,如該混合物之熔點成為50℃以上之組合之混合物就穩定性之方面而言尤佳。例如,可列舉硬脂醇與山萮醇之組合作為尤佳之組合。 (C)高級醇之調配量相對於化粧料總量,較佳為0.1~10質量%,進而較佳為0.1~7質量%。若(C)高級醇之調配量未達0.1質量%或超過10質量%,則有無法獲得充分之乳化穩定性之情形。 (D)非離子性界面活性劑 本發明之水中油型乳化化粧料中所使用之非離子性界面活性劑(D成分)並無特別限定。作為具體例,可列舉:聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸甘油酯、聚氧乙烯-甲基聚矽氧烷共聚物、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、麥芽糖醇羥基脂肪族烷基醚、烷基化多糖、烷基葡萄糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油甘油、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯-聚氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物、四聚氧乙烯・四聚氧化丙烯-乙二胺縮合物、聚氧乙烯-蜂蠟-羊毛脂衍生物、烷醇醯胺、聚氧乙烯-丙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯-烷基胺、聚氧乙烯-脂肪醯胺、氧化烷基乙氧基二甲胺基、三油基磷酸等。於本發明之乳化化粧料中,可列舉HLB(Hydrophile Lipophile Balance,親水/油比值)為8以上之親水性之非離子性界面活性劑例如山萮醇聚醚-20、聚山梨糖醇酯60、硬脂酸PEG-40等作為尤佳之例。非離子性界面活性劑可使用一種或兩種以上。 (D)非離子性界面活性劑之調配量相對於化粧料總量,較佳為0.1~20質量%,進而較佳為0.3~5質量%。若(D)非離子性界面活性劑之調配量未達0.1質量%或超過20質量%,則有無法獲得充分之乳化穩定性之情形。 (E)水 本發明之化粧料由於為水中油型乳化物,故而包含水(E成分)。於本發明中,上述(C)高級醇係與上述(D)非離子性界面活性劑及(E)水一同形成具有薄片狀液晶結構之聚集體(亦稱為「α凝膠」)。(C)高級醇與(D)界面活性劑之調配比較佳為設為(C):(D)=2:1~25:1(莫耳比)之範圍內。 本發明之乳化化粧料較佳為可於不阻礙本發明之效果之範圍內調配可調配於具有防曬效果之通常之化粧料或準藥品之其他任意成分。 作為其他任意成分,雖無限定,例如可列舉:粉末成分、有色材料、保濕劑、油分((A)油性之紫外線吸收劑及(B)極性油除外)、增黏劑、分散劑、防腐劑、香料、各種藥劑等。 作為粉末成分,可列舉微粒子狀或顏料級之氧化鈦及氧化鋅作為代表例。此外,可列舉:氧化鈦及氧化鋅以外之金屬氧化物粉末、滑石、雲母、高嶺土等體質顏料、二氧化矽、矽酮粉末、聚乙烯粉末、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉末、尼龍粉末等聚合物粉末等。再者,本發明之乳化化粧料係藉由上述特定之紫外線吸收劑(a1~a4)之組合而成為具有充分之紫外線防禦能力之防曬化粧料,故而亦可不必調配氧化鈦或氧化鋅等紫外線散射劑。即,本發明之乳化化粧料亦包含不含紫外線散射劑之態樣。 作為有色材料,可使用:顏料、珍珠顏料等之於化妝用化粧料中通常調配者。具體而言,可列舉:無機白色系顏料(二氧化鈦、氧化鋅)、無機紅色系顏料(氧化鐵(鐵丹)、鈦酸鐵)、無機褐色系顏料(γ-氧化鐵)、無機黃色系顏料(氧化鐵黃、黃土)、無機黑色系顏料(氧化鐵黑、碳、低價氧化鈦)、無機紫色系顏料(芒果紫、鈷紫)、無機綠色系顏料(氧化鉻、氫氧化鉻、鈦酸鈷)、無機藍色系顏料(群青、鐵藍)、珍珠顏料(氧化鈦被覆雲母、氧化鈦被覆氧氯化鉍、氧化鈦被覆滑石、著色氧化鈦被覆雲母、氧氯化鉍、魚鱗箔)、金屬粉末顏料(鋁粉末、銅粉末)、有機顏料(紅色202號、紅色205號、紅色220號、紅色228號、紅色405號、橙色203號、橙色204號、黃色205號、黃色401號、藍色404號)、鋯、鋇、鋁色澱之有機顏料(紅色3號、紅色104號、紅色227號、紅色401號、橙色205號、黃色4號、黃色202號、綠色3號、藍色1號)、天然色素(葉綠素、類蘿蔔素系(β-胡蘿蔔素)、紅花素、胭脂蟲紅、查耳酮、薑黃素、甜菜、黃酮醇、黃酮、花青素、蒽醌、萘醌)、功能性顏料(氮化硼、光致變色顏料、合成氟金雲母、含鐵之合成氟金雲母、微粒子複合粉體(混合精細粉末))等,但並不限定於該等,可將由上述中選擇之一種或兩種以上組合而調配。於本發明之乳化化粧料中,該等有色材料亦可於內油相或外水相之任一者中分散調配。 作為保濕劑,例如可列舉:甘油、1,3-丁二醇、二丙二醇、丙二醇等多元醇、玻尿酸、軟骨素硫酸等水溶性高分子等。 作為油分((A)油性之紫外線吸收劑及(B)極性油除外),可列舉:揮發性或不揮發性之液狀油分例如,烴油、酯油、矽酮油、液體油脂等、及固形油分。 本發明之乳化化粧料並無特別限定,例如可藉由如下之方法而製造:於將(C)高級醇、(D)非離子性界面活性劑、及油分於高溫下溶解而製備溶解油分部分並對包含(E)水與其他水性成分之水相部分進行加溫者中,添加上述溶解油分部分並藉由常法進行乳化而使其冷卻。 本發明之乳化化粧料係於水中油型乳化物中具有特有之水潤使用感觸,並且藉由特定之紫外線吸收劑之組合而發揮優異之紫外線防禦效果。因此,本發明之乳化化粧料可以乳霜狀、乳液狀、液狀等各種劑型較佳地使用。作為製品形態,可製成包含防曬化粧料之護膚化粧料,或製成具有防曬效果之基底、粉餅等化妝用化粧料。 [實施例] 以下,列舉實施例進而詳細地說明本發明,但本發明受該等實施例之任何限定。調配量只要無特別說明,以相對於調配有其成分之組合物總量之質量%表示。 利用以下之表1(乳液)及表2(乳霜)所例示之處方而製備水中油型乳化防曬化粧料。關於各例之防曬化粧料(試樣),針對以下之項目(1)~(4),依據下述之基準進行評價。 (1)乳化穩定性 評價基準: A:未見析出或分離,為極其穩定 B:雖可乳化,但於低溫(0℃)下可見經時地析出 C:雖可乳化,但於高溫(37℃)下可見經時地乳化粒子之增大 D:雖可乳化,但於室溫下可見經時地分離 (2)紫外線防禦能力(吸光度) 將各例之試樣以1.75 mg/cm2
塗佈於PMMA製之基板,使用(吸光度計:HITACHI U-4100 Spectrophotometer)測定波長310 nm下之吸光度。 (3)使用感 實施藉由專業官能檢查員之實際使用試驗,就水潤感及黏膩之有無之觀點,利用以下之基準評價使用感。 +:優異 -:較差 (4)塗佈後之光澤 實施藉由專業官能檢查員之實際使用試驗,利用以下之基準評價塗佈後之皮膚之光澤。 A:優異 B:普通 C:較差 [表1]

如由表1及表2所示之結果明確般,滿足所有本案專利申請範圍中記載之要件之實施例1~3及5~8即便為乳液或乳霜之任一者而穩定性亦優異,發揮明顯之紫外線防禦能力,並且使用感亦良好,且對塗佈後之皮膚賦予光澤之效果優異。然而,(B)/(a2+a3+a4)之比率未達0.6、極性油之調配量未達6質量%之實施例4只要為短期間,則雖然維持穩定之乳化狀態而於實用上無問題,但有於低溫下產生經時地析出之情況,雖然對皮膚之光澤賦予效果亦為普通水平且無問題,但未見明顯之光澤提高。 另一方面,油性成分(a2+a3+a4+B)之調配量超過45質量%之比較例1及2雖然可乳化,但於高溫下經時地不穩定化。又,不含形成α凝膠之成分(高級醇及非離子性界面活性劑),於在水中油型乳化化粧料中通用之高分子乳化劑((丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸酯烷基酯(C10-30))交叉聚合物)且嘗試乳化之例(比較例3及4)中,於室溫下經時地分離而未能獲得穩定之乳化物。 將本發明之乳化化粧料之另一處方例示於以下。 處方例1: 調配成分 調配量(質量%) 苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(a1) 3 雙乙基己基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三(a2) 0.3 二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯(a3) 0.3 乙基己基三(a4) 0.3 癸二酸二異丙酯(B) 5 硬脂醇 2 山萮醇 3 山萮醇聚醚-20 1 離子交換水 殘留 EDTA-3Na,2H2
O 0.1 甘油 5 三乙醇胺 2 乙醇 5 二氧化鈦 0.5 氧化鐵(鐵丹) 0.002 氧化鐵黃 0.003
Claims (6)
- 一種水中油型乳化化粧料,其特徵在於含有: (A)包含(a1)含磺酸基之水溶性紫外線吸收劑、 (a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、 (a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、及 (a4)乙基己基三酮的紫外線吸收劑、 (B)極性油、 (C)高級醇、及 (D)非離子性界面活性劑,且上述(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、(a4)乙基己基三酮、及(B)極性油之合計調配量為45質量%以下。
- 如請求項1之乳化化粧料,其中上述(B)極性油之調配量之相對於(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、及(a4)乙基己基三酮之合計調配量之比率[(B)/(a2+a3+a4)]為0.6以上。
- 如請求項1之乳化化粧料,其中(A)紫外線吸收劑僅包含(a1)苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、(a2)雙乙基氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三、(a3)二乙基胺基羥基苯甲醯苯甲酸己酯、及(a4)乙基己基三酮。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之乳化化粧料,其中(B)極性油包含IOB=0.1~0.5之酯油。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之乳化化粧料,其中(C)高級醇包含硬脂醇與山萮醇之組合。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之乳化化粧料,其係防曬化粧料。
