Abstract
本發明以提供即使長期保存仍維持殺菌效果及清潔洗淨效果之新型濕式擦拭布為目的。本發明提供一種濕式擦拭布,其包含布帛與被浸漬於該布帛之氯系處理劑,且前述氯系處理劑包含亞氯酸(HClO2)、亞氯酸離子(ClO2 -)及二氧化氯(ClO2)之中的至少1種作為有效氯成分。

[發明所欲解決之課題] [0006] 然而,於專利文獻1,浸漬次氯酸鈉之棉花的處理薄片雖然在剛浸漬好時展現殺菌效果,但在保存7天後展現出殺菌效果下降的結果(表25~45)。而且,於專利文獻1,雖然展現包含氫氧化金屬與與磷酸金屬之亞氯酸水的殺菌效果,但包含氫氧化金屬與磷酸金屬之亞氯酸水的的製造步驟非常繁雜。此外,雖然展現使用亞氯酸水稀釋液被浸漬於處理薄片之濕式薄片在處理地面嘔吐物時的殺菌效果,但並無關於作為擦拭布之對髒污或微生物菌體的擦拭效率之記載。 [0007] 此外,本發明者群雖然構思到,若能實現濕式擦拭布的著色則可按照擦拭場所區分使用不同顏色,從而使濕式擦拭布的便利性顯著提升,但由於用以固定著色所需色料的黏合劑樹脂會使次氯酸鈉的效果下降,所以難以長期保存。 [0008] 本發明以提供即使長期保存仍維持殺菌效果及清潔洗淨效果之新型濕式擦拭布為目的。 [用以解決課題之手段] [0009] 本發明提供以下所示之濕式擦拭布。 [1] 一種濕式擦拭布,其包含布帛、被浸漬於該布帛之氯系處理劑, 前述布帛由選自合成纖維、半合成纖維、再生纖維及無機纖維的至少1種纖維所構成, 前述氯系處理劑包含亞氯酸(HClO2

)及二氧化氯(ClO2
)之至少1種作為有效氯成分,且以包含亞氯酸(HClO2

)之中的至少1種作為有效氯成分之氯系處理劑,本發明之濕式擦拭布即使長期保存仍維持殺菌等的效力。例如,即使長期保存30天以上仍維持殺菌等的效力。此外,藉由維持殺菌等的效力,因擦拭而被帶進濕式擦拭布布帛內的細菌將難以生長,從而可防止對被擦拭物的再次污染。 [0021] 由於本發明中所使用之包含亞氯酸(HClO2

)之中的至少1種作為有效氯成分之氯系處理劑與布帛的反應性低,而且即使是在與布帛接觸的狀態下被保存仍難以被消耗,所以即使長期保存仍維持殺菌等的效力。相對地,本發明者群經過探討後發現,在以次氯酸(HClO)和次氯酸離子(ClO-

為佳,其內部或表面亦可包含高分子彈性體。 [0034] 從能夠有效率地去除髒污,提升擦拭性的觀點來看,作為本發明之布帛以纖維長18~110mm的短纖維不織布為佳。而且,不織布的基重以20~200g/m2
為佳,以30~150g/m2
為較佳。不織布的厚度以0.2~1.5mm為佳,以0.2~1.0mm為較佳。若基重及厚度在此範圍內,做成濕式擦拭布時即可容易地摺疊使用,而且具有以手的力量能夠容易地沿著擦拭對象變形的柔軟程度,因此為佳。 [0035] 本發明之布帛亦可為被著色者。經由著色而有使用濕式擦拭布擦拭髒污時易於辨識髒污的優點。而且,經由著色而有能夠以顏色區分濕式擦拭布的優點。在此情況下,例如,能夠按照顏色區分濕式擦拭布的擦拭場所然後使用。作為著色方法雖無特殊限制,但可舉出透過黏合劑樹脂將染色劑附著在構成布帛的纖維表面之方法。藉由本發明之濕式擦拭布,即使布帛包含黏合劑樹脂仍維持殺菌等的效力。 [0036] 作為布帛染色中所使用之著色劑,雖可使用鋅華、鉛白、二氧化鈦、硫酸鋇、鉛丹、氧化鐵、鋅黃、群青藍、普魯士藍、酞菁、亞鐵氰化物、鐵氰化物等的常規顏料、或血紅蛋白、葉綠素等的生物相關物質,但其中以配位子中包含氰化物離子之錯合物因顯色性良好而特別適合使用,以亞鐵氰化物為較佳,以鐵氰化物為更加理想。作為一例,可舉出六氰鐵(III)酸鐵(II)、六氰鐵(II)酸鐵(III) (亞鐵氰化鐵)、亞鐵氰化鐵銨、亞鐵氰化銅、亞鐵氰化銀、紺青等。作為黏合劑樹脂,可舉出聚胺基甲酸酯、丙烯酸、聚乙烯、聚烯烴、石油樹脂、瀝青、異戊二烯系烴、丁二烯橡膠、氯乙烯等。其中尤以水乳化性之聚碳酸酯系聚胺基甲酸酯彈性體、含有軟質成分與硬質成分之丙烯酸聚合物及異戊二烯系烴特別適合被使用。此外,雖為水乳化性聚合物,但由於容易使之以微粒子狀附著所以為佳。 [0037] <包裝體> 本發明之濕式擦拭布以被收納於包裝體中者為佳。包裝體雖無特殊限制,但以由可抑制氯系處理劑揮發,或對氯系處理劑抗性高的材料所組成者為佳。作為包裝體之型態,以具備被可重複開關的蓋子覆蓋之取出口的包裝體為宜。例如將摺疊好的多張濕式擦拭布堆疊收納於這樣的包裝體之型態。 [0038] 被收納於包裝體中之濕式擦拭布,通常大多被長期保存與使用,但經由本發明之濕式擦拭布,即使保存1年以上的時間仍維持殺菌效果。 [0039] <濕式擦拭布的製造方法> 濕式擦拭布的製造方法雖無特殊限制,但例如可舉出具有上述製作布帛的步驟、調製氯系處理劑的步驟、使氯系處理劑被浸漬於布帛中的步驟、與將濕式擦拭布收納並密封於包裝體中的步驟之方法。 [0040] <用途> 本發明之濕式擦拭布可用於各種擦拭對象、被擦拭物。作為擦拭對象,例如可舉出血液、體液、細菌、真菌、病毒、其他生物物質,可出於藉擦拭將此等殺菌、除菌、去活化、消毒之目的而使用。此外,作為擦拭對象,例如可舉出脂肪或蛋白質、油污,可出於藉擦拭將此等洗淨之目的而使用。 [0041] 作為被擦拭物雖無特殊限制,但可舉出例如設備、機器(裝置、器具類、觸控面板、控制盤、扶手等)、家具、小物、地板或牆壁、手指。尤其是在食品生產場所或醫療場所,可合適地使用於無法進行水洗的設備、機器。 [0042] 經由本發明之濕式擦拭布,即使長期保存仍維持殺菌效果與清潔洗淨效果。此外,藉由維持殺菌等的效力,因擦拭而被帶進濕式擦拭布布帛內的細菌將難以生長,從而可防止對被擦拭物的再次污染。 [實施例] [0043] [樣品的準備] <氯系處理劑1(亞氯酸處理劑)之調製> 作為氯系處理劑1,調製亞氯酸鈉(NaClO2

)10ml,將菌體從不織布中洗出。採取洗出液的0.1ml,製作10倍系列稀釋,並以洋菜平板培養法從形成的菌落數測定生菌數。然後,算出相對於浸漬生理食鹽水(對照組)之不織布的生菌數的對數減少值作為抗菌活性值。以抗菌活性值2.0以上為表現出抗菌力的指標。結果示於表2。 [0053] <試驗例18:殺菌效果之確認> 除了使用在生理食鹽水(對照組)、氯系處理劑1(NaClO2

之濃度600ppm,pH4.0)作為試驗液。 (3) 以約200gf的推力,用沒有浸漬試驗液的布帛與浸漬有各試驗液0.2ml之布帛擦拭不銹鋼鋼板上的模擬髒污。 [0057] 3. 殘存髒污的定量 定量擦拭前不銹鋼鋼板表面之模擬髒污的質量(W0)與擦拭後不銹鋼鋼板表面之模擬髒污的質量(W1),以算出模擬髒污的去除率。模擬髒污的去除率根據以下算式算出: 去除率(%)={(W0-W1)/W0}´100 結果示於表3。用以算出去除率之模擬髒污的定量是以作為螢光色素之薑黃素為指標並經由螢光檢測法進行。 [0058][0059] [結果] 由圖1~圖7可知,無論在哪一種材料中,氯系處理劑1(亞氯酸處理劑)與被浸漬對象物之反應的反應性極低,投入後即使經過10天,游離殘留率濃度仍維持投入時的約85~90質量%(圖1(a)~圖7(a))。然而相較於氯系處理劑1(亞氯酸處理劑),氯系處理劑2(次氯酸處理劑)與被浸漬對象物的反應性高(圖1(b)~圖7(b),圖8,圖9),特別是在被對象物為原棉1(嫘縈)、不織布1(嫘縈)、不織布2(溶解性纖維)、黏合劑樹脂1的情況下與被浸漬對象物的反應性高 (圖1(b),圖4(b),圖5(b),圖7(b))。此外,發現氯系處理劑2(次氯酸處理劑)隨著經時變化pH會大幅下降(圖1(b),圖2(b),圖3(b))。 [0060] 由表2所示結果可知,無論有無添加蛋白腖做為模擬髒污,氯系處理劑1(亞氯酸處理劑) 皆表現出抗菌力,相對地,氯系處理劑2(次氯酸處理劑) 在沒有添加蛋白腖做為模擬髒污的情況下表現出抗菌力,但是在有添加蛋白腖做為模擬髒污的情況下沒有表現出充分的抗菌力。酒精系除菌劑1,無論有無添加蛋白腖做為模擬髒污皆沒有表現出抗菌力。 [0061] 由表3所示結果可知,包含氯系處理劑1(亞氯酸處理劑)的濕式擦拭布與包含蒸餾水的濕式擦拭布相比,模擬髒污之去除率高。相反地,包含氯系處理劑2(次氯酸處理劑)的濕式擦拭布和包含蒸餾水的濕式擦拭布相比,模擬髒污之去除率差不多。再者,包含酒精系除菌劑1的濕式擦拭布與包含蒸餾水的濕式擦拭布相比,模擬髒污之去除率低。推測這個現象的原因是乙醇使得蛋白質對水的溶解度減少。

Claims (10)
- 一種濕式擦拭布,其包含布帛、被浸漬於該布帛之氯系處理劑, 前述布帛由選自合成纖維、半合成纖維、再生纖維及無機纖維的至少1種纖維所構成, 前述氯系處理劑包含亞氯酸(HClO2 )、亞氯酸離子 (ClO2 - )及二氧化氯(ClO2 )之中的至少1種作為有效氯成分。
- 如請求項1之濕式擦拭布,其被收納於包裝體中。
- 如請求項1或2之濕式擦拭布,其中前述布帛包含再生纖維。
- 如請求項3之濕式擦拭布,其中前述再生纖維為嫘縈及溶解性纖維(譯註Lyocell)之中的至少1種。
- 如請求項1~4中任1項之濕式擦拭布,其中前述布帛為不織布。
- 如請求項5之濕式擦拭布,其中前述不織布為纖維長18~110mm之短纖維不織布。
- 如請求項5或6之濕式擦拭布,其中前述不織布之基重為20~200g/m2 ,厚度為0.2~1.5mm。
- 如請求項1~7中任1項之濕式擦拭布,其中前述布帛被著色。
- 如請求項1~8中任1項之濕式擦拭布,其中前述布帛包含選自聚胺基甲酸酯、丙烯酸、聚乙烯、聚烯烴、石油樹脂、瀝青、異戊二烯系烴、丁二烯橡膠及氯乙烯的至少1種黏合劑樹脂。
- 如請求項9之濕式擦拭布,其中前述黏合劑樹脂為水乳化性聚合物。
