Abstract

A method for producing dual color anodizing titanium-based multi-elements film includes steps as follows. First, in preparing process, a substrate is provided and cleaned. The substrate is deposited with titanium-based multi-elements film with titanium and at least one another metal. A mask is formed on the substrate. In first anodic oxide process, the substrate with the titanium-based multi-elements film is taken as an anode and is immersed in electrolyte. A first D.C. voltage is electrified to oxidize the surface of the titanium-based multi-elements film for producing a first anodic oxide titanium-compound film on the substrate. Then, the mask is removed and second anodic oxide process is proceed. The substrate is taken as an anode and immersed in electrolyte again. A second D.C. voltage, which is lower than the first D.C. voltage, is electrified to oxidize the surface of the titanium-based multi-elements film for producing a second anodic oxide titanium-compound film on the substrate. Finally, the substrate is cleaned. The present invention also provides a product using the same method to gain a dual color anodizing titanium-compound film.
