Abstract

Description
本發明係關於施工材料,且特定言之係關於放置在一屋頂板與屋頂材料之間之屋頂襯料。
屋頂襯料放置在一屋頂板與屋頂材料之間。屋頂襯料保護屋頂板以防水穿透屋頂材料且有助於自焊縫、接縫及其他易損板區域引導水。
屋頂襯料通常搭配斜屋頂使用(但是亦可搭配一些平坦屋頂使用),且搭配許多不同類型的屋頂材料使用-包含瀝青或木屋面、黏土、石板或混凝土磚、短圓木、金屬屋頂覆蓋層等等。
習知的屋頂襯料包含瀝青滲透的有機絕緣紙(亦稱為屋頂油氈)及由多種材料製成之合成屋頂襯料,該等材料諸如聚丙烯、聚酯及纖維玻璃纖維之一混合物或紡織品。與屋頂油氈相比,合成屋頂襯料通常較輕且更容易安裝。不同於絕緣紙,合成纖維不吸水,且因此許多合成襯料可曝露在露天下持續六個月以防止當屋頂在施工或修復時屋頂板曝露。
雖然已成功地使用習知的屋頂襯料,但是仍需要改良。特定言之,將希望一屋頂襯料提供更好的隔熱效能並同時仍重量相對較輕且容易安裝。
本發明揭示一種屋頂襯料,其提供比習知的屋頂襯料更好的隔
熱,同時重量仍相對較輕且容易安裝。
一屋頂襯料之一實施例包含一疊層結構,其係由該結構之一側上之一合成屋頂襯料、該結構之另一側上之一反射表面,及合成襯料與反射表面之間之絕緣材料形成。
疊層結構之一可能實施例包含作為絕緣材料之玻璃纖維,及形成反射表面之鋁箔。在可能實施例中,鋁箔層可包含改良箔層上之牽引力的稀紗布。
疊層結構之另一可能實施例包含形成反射表面之聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
疊層結構之又另一可能實施例包含形成反射表面之聚酯薄膜。
在疊層結構之又進一步可能實施例中,絕緣材料係聚乙烯泡沫。
在疊層結構之一額外可能實施例中,絕緣材料係氣泡絕緣物,其中形成氣泡之一或多層,且氣泡陷入材料內。氣泡絕緣物可係由聚乙烯製成。
可成捲或成片地提供所揭示之屋頂襯料。在使用中,襯料以其任一側抵著屋頂板而放置在屋頂板上。屋頂襯料係用黏附劑或緊固件,以貼附習知合成襯料的習知方式,貼附至屋頂板。
反射層及合成屋頂襯料層兩者皆形成保護屋頂板之防水隔膜。反射層在面向上時反射太陽光,藉此當屋頂在施工或修復時給屋頂板提供額外保護以防曝露。絕緣層及反射層阻止屋頂板與屋頂材料之間的熱傳遞。

Johns-Manville公司。黏附至鋁膜基板之熱密封膜接著在製造反射絕緣物10時被活化,以將鋁膜黏附至絕緣物。
在其他可能實施例中,黏附層18係由熱熔膠或其他適當的黏附劑或膠水形成。
一黏附層20經展示與合成襯料層12及絕緣層16分離且介於其等之間(為了清楚起見誇大圖中所示之黏附層20的厚度)。黏附層20黏附且結合襯料層12及絕緣層16。黏附層20可係由熱熔膠、一活化熱密封膜或任何其他適當的黏附劑或膠水形成。
