Abstract

一種輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座,主要特徵係以工程塑膠材料一體成型地在一機座板的第一面結合一汽缸,以及在相對的第二面結合一馬達座;藉此使汽缸機座的結構更為簡化,從而降低製造成本。

Description

輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座
本發明涉及一種應用於攜帶型輪胎修補機內部的空壓機的汽缸機座改良結構。
車輛的輪胎破裂後會因為失去胎壓而無法行駛,必須更換輪胎或將破洞修補後再充氣才能上路,因此,一般車輛都會在車上配備一個備胎,以備不時之需;然而,輪胎加上輪圈的重量會增加車體重量而更耗費燃料,不經濟且不環保。為了能減少一個備胎對車體的負重,目前已有廠商開發出相對輕巧的輪胎修補機提供駕駛人配備於車上,一旦遇到輪胎破裂洩氣時,可以取出進行緊急修補及充氣。
所述習知的輪胎修補機也可以做為輪胎充氣機使用,其結構大致上是在一外殼內設置一個膠料桶與一個空壓機(即空氣壓縮機),膠料桶與空壓機分別連接一注膠管與一充氣管,注膠管與充氣管的一端分別設置一注膠嘴與一充氣嘴;當做為輪胎充氣機使用時,使用者直接將充氣嘴組合於輪胎的氣嘴,再開啟空壓機將高壓空氣充入輪胎內即可。當做為輪胎修補機使用時,則必須先將注膠嘴組合於輪胎氣嘴,然後啟動泵浦將膠料桶內的適量膠料注入輪胎內,而後將注膠嘴卸下,改將充氣嘴組合於輪胎氣嘴,再將高壓空氣充入輪胎內產生適當胎壓;將充氣嘴卸下後將車輛慢 速行駛一段距離,讓膠料在輪胎內壁面均勻流動而填補在破裂的位置,待膠料乾固後可避免輪胎內的氣體外洩,駕駛人即可就近將車開至維修廠做進一步檢修。
前述設於輪胎修補機內部的空壓機均必須設置一機座,再於 機座固定地設置一汽缸、一馬達與一連動裝置,其中,機座可以是塑膠、金屬或其他材質,但汽缸則均以金屬材料製造;汽缸內則組合一活塞;活塞以連桿連接該連動裝置,且連動裝置連接該馬達;藉此,當馬達運轉時會帶動連動裝置,再由連動裝置經由連桿帶動活塞在汽缸內往復運動,從而在汽缸內產生壓縮空氣,再導引該壓縮空氣通過單向氣閥裝置輸出,提供對輪胎充氣或注膠之用。
惟,前述的習知機座必須另外以鎖固方式結合一汽缸與一馬 達座,才能進一步安裝前述之連動裝置與與馬達,因此,習知輪胎修補機的汽缸機座結構在組裝時較複雜,製造成本較高。
本發明的目的,在於解決習知應用於輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座,必須另外以鎖固方式結合一汽缸與一馬達座,才能進一步安裝連動裝置與馬達,致使汽缸機座在組裝時較複雜,製造成本較高的問題。
本發明提供的輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座,其特徵是以工程塑膠材料一體成型地形成包含一機座、一汽缸與一馬達座,其中,在一機座板的第一面一體結合所述汽缸,機座板的第二面則一體結合一馬達座,使該汽缸可以直接安裝活塞,以及直接將一馬達安裝在馬達座,而連接裝置則直接安裝在機座板並連接該馬達與汽缸,從而降低製造成本。
本發明的技術手段,係採用具備足夠強度與耐熱性質的工程 塑膠材料,以一體成型技術形成為包含一機座板、一汽缸與一馬達座的汽缸機座,該機座板具有相對的一第一面與一第二面;該汽缸則一體成型地結合於該機座板的第一面,使該汽缸的一端為具有可組裝進入一活塞的開口,相對另一端則設置一單向氣閥裝置;所述馬達座則一體成型地結合於該機座板的第二面,用以提供安裝一馬達。
本發明藉由前述一體成型而製成的結構,使得汽缸機座在組 裝時不再需要另外將汽缸與馬達座安裝於機座板,致使整個結構更為精簡,製造成本得以降低。

以下配合圖式及元件符號對本發明的實施方式做更詳細的說明,俾使熟習該項技藝者在研讀本說明書後能據以實施。
如第一圖所示,本發明提供的使用於輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座,係採用具備足夠強度與耐熱性質的工程塑膠材料,以一體成型 技術形成為包含一機座板1、一汽缸11與一馬達座12,該機座板1具有相對的一第一面與一第二面,於機座板1設置有一貫通其第一面與第二面的中心孔13;汽缸11則一體成型地結合於機座板1的第一面,使該汽缸11的一端為具有可組裝進入一活塞53的開口110,相對另一端則設置一單向氣閥裝置2;所述馬達座12則一體成型地結合於機座板1的第二面,用以提供安裝一馬達4。
如第二圖所示,前述的汽缸機座係用來做為安裝馬達4與連 動裝置5的本體,其安裝方式,係直接將一馬達4組裝於馬達座12,馬達4的驅動軸穿出機座板1後設置一主動齒輪41。機座板1的中心孔13則安裝有二個軸承54(亦可視情況安裝一個軸承)。所述連動裝置5包含有一被動齒輪51、一飛輪52、一連桿531與一活塞53;活塞53係連接於連桿531的一端;飛輪52被組合於被動齒輪51;連桿531的另一端配合軸承55與軸56活動連接於飛輪52,使得連桿531一端和被動齒輪51形成偏心設置,而被動齒輪51則配合另一軸57與軸承54活動組合於機座板1,使得被動齒輪51和主動齒輪41嚙合,而活塞53則從開口110組合於汽缸11內;其組合後的狀態及結構係如第三圖至第六圖所示。
又如第二圖與第六圖所示,前述的單向氣閥裝置2,其結構 係在一本體的上方設置一進氣口21,相對的側邊則分別設置一第一出氣口22與一第二出氣口23,進氣口21內設有彈簧25與閥片24;進氣口21被組合於汽缸11下端的出口,利用閥片24與彈簧25在進氣口21內形成單向通氣止逆作用;第一出氣口22可以接設輸氣管(圖中未顯示)以供充氣或將氣體注入膠水桶;第二出氣口23則用來安裝氣壓錶3。因此,當馬達4運轉 而使主動齒輪41旋轉時,會帶動被動齒輪51及飛輪52同時旋轉,飛輪52則帶動連桿531而使活塞53在汽缸11內往復運動,從而在汽缸11內產生壓縮空氣,壓縮空氣通過單向氣閥裝置2的進氣口21進入本體內後從第一出氣口22與第二出氣口23流出,藉以提供對輪胎充氣,或將氣體注入膠水桶使膠水流入輪胎內進行補胎;使用者還可從壓力錶知曉該壓縮空氣的壓力值。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座,包含有:一機座板,具有相對的一第一面與一第二面;一汽缸,一體成型地結合於該機座板的第一面,該汽缸的一端為可組裝進入一活塞的開口,相對另一端設置有一單向氣閥裝置;一馬達座,一體成型地結合於該機座板的第二面。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之輪胎修補機之空壓機的汽缸機座,其係採用工程塑膠材料一體成型該機座板、汽缸與馬達座。
