Description

Mirror treatment device

The present invention relates to a mirror image treatment device, and more particularly to a mirror image treatment device for human hand rehabilitation.

Physical therapy or functional therapy emphasizes the ability to assist or train a patient through specific activities to restore physical or mental health. In recent years, a clinical treatment method that uses mirror reflection to induce and strengthen the movement of the affected limb or reduce the phantom limb pain by the action of the contralateral limb is developed.

As shown in FIG. 1, it is a mirror treatment device 1 for hand rehabilitation training, which is mainly designed to erect a single mirror 12 on a table 111 on a table 11. During the hand rehabilitation training, the patient must sit at the table 11 with the hands 21, 22 placed on the table top 111 and on both sides of the single mirror 12, wherein the healthy hand 21 is located on the mirror of the single mirror 12. In front of 121, the to-be-returned hand 22 is located behind the mirror 121 of the single-sided mirror 12. When the healthy hand 21 performs a fist punch, an open motion, or the like, it is imaged on the mirror surface 121. Since the image 23 of the healthy hand 21 in the mirror surface 121 is in the same direction as the to-be-recovered hand 22 located behind the mirror surface 121, the patient visually The image 23 of the healthy hand 21 in the mirror 121 moves, and the action message is transmitted to the patient's brain through the vision, and the brain naturally sends a message to allow the target 24 to try to perform the same action as the image 23 in the mirror 121. Thereby, the role of training the rehabilitation hand 22 is achieved.

However, since the patient's hands are respectively placed on opposite sides of the single mirror 12, during the rehabilitation training, the patient must not be able to see the to-be-repaired hand 22 and 歪 Looking at the mirror 121 of the single mirror 12, the image 23 of the healthy hand 21 is displayed, and the position of the mirror must be adjusted according to the perspective of the patient. Therefore, after a period of rehabilitation of the hand, the patient easily feels shoulder and neck. It hurts.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a mirror image treatment device that allows for easier treatment of a patient's hand.
