Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一種風力發電設施。
一風力發電設施在塔柱之下部區域中或圍繞塔柱通常具有包含一轉換器及一變壓器之一電力櫃。該等電力櫃及該等變壓器必需具有合適之防火措施。
德國專利及商標局在請求其之優先權之申請案中搜索DE 103 10 036 A1。
因此,本發明之一目標係提供一種具有經改良防火措施之風力發電設施。
彼目標係藉由如請求項1之一風力發電設施達到。
因此提供一種風力發電設施,該風力發電設施包括:一塔柱,其具有至少一個下部塔柱分段;及一先前製造之防火模組,其用於以防火關係接納一變壓器。該防火模組放置於該下部塔柱分段內。
該防火模組用於將已在模組中發生至少達一段時間之一火限制於該模組內。以彼方式可能提供:該模組至少有時與該風力發電設施之剩餘部分熱解耦。
在本發明之一態樣中,該防火模組具有用於維護人員之一第一開口及用於替換該變壓器之一第二開口。

在本發明之又一態樣中,該防火模組具有用於在一運輸操作期間緊固該變壓器之一運輸固定系統。
該防火模組較佳地由混凝土製成且較佳地以一預澆鑄混凝土組件之形式產生。
因此提供一種具有一塔柱之風力發電設施,其中在該塔柱之區域中提供用於容納一變壓器之一先前製造之防火模組,其中可以使得可確保所需防火措施之一方式關閉該模組中之開口或門。
該模組尤其呈一防火模組之形式且用於容納一變壓器。該變壓器具有大於1000伏之一輸出電壓(亦即,一中等電壓)。該防火模組視情況具有受防火保護之兩個門。該等門亦可視情況係耐壓的以使得其在防火模組之內部中之一爆炸之情形中仍不破裂。防火模組連同變壓器較佳地在工廠中經先前製造且作為一單元經運輸至架設位置。防火模組較佳地具有用於維護人員之一門及用於替換該變壓器之一門。用於替換該變壓器之一軌系統可經提供於該防火模組中。該軌系統可具有在該防火模組之運輸時被啟動之一變壓器運輸固定構件。視情況,該防火模組可在該變壓器下方具有一油槽。

圖1展示包括一塔柱102(具有一下部塔柱分段102a)及一罩艙104之一風力發電設施100。具有(舉例而言)三個轉子葉片108及一旋轉體110之一轉子106配置於罩艙104上。在操作中,由風致使轉子106旋轉且藉此驅動罩艙104中之一發電機產生電能。具有下部塔柱分段102a之塔柱102站立於一基礎200上。
圖2A至圖2D展示根據一第一實施例之一風力發電設施之一塔柱之一下部部分之各種圖解視圖。一風力發電設施100之一塔柱102之一下部塔柱分段102a經提供於一(混凝土)基礎200上。下部塔柱分段102a可具有一第一門102b及一第二門102c以及纜線10及一梯子20。一防火模組300可經提供於下部塔柱分段102a之內部。各種電力櫃400可經提供於防火模組300之頂部上。電力櫃400可具有至少一個轉換器及另外電子電力單元。

一第一門320及一第二門330經提供於防火模組300內,其中可透過第一門320拆卸或運走變壓器500。
圖5展示具有根據可基於第一或第二實施例之一第三實施例之一防火模組之一風力發電設施之一塔柱之一下部端之一剖視圖。一下部塔柱分段102a之下部端放置於一基礎200上。兩個開口102e及102f經提供於下部塔柱分段102a中。第一開口102f用於能夠運走一變壓器500且第二開口102e用於由維護人員進出。防火模組300可放置於基礎200之一上部端210上。防火模組300可具有一第一門320及一第二門330、一變壓器導軌350、一偏轉輥370及視情況一變壓器滾動鎖定構件375。一變壓器500放置於軌系統350上。變壓器在其運輸期間可藉助變壓器固定構件360固持。
可視情況以固定方式安裝變壓器滾動鎖定構件375(惟在運輸時除外)。可藉助於一偏轉輥370及一對應纜線將變壓器拖拉至防火模組之內部中。
一切換設施600亦經提供於防火模組300中。
防火模組300可視情況具有吸入用於變壓器冷卻之饋送空氣且再次排放暖空氣之一風扇800。
圖6展示第三實施例之防火模組300之又一剖視圖。在防火模組之底部上提供可接納一變壓器500之滾輪520之一軌系統350。在變壓
器500之頂部側處提供用於電耦合至一匯流條700之電連接510。匯流條700然後自防火模組穿出。
圖7展示防火模組之一防火端接構件之一圖解視圖。防火端接構件340、390用於使電纜及/或電匯流條系統700自防火模組內部向外穿過。在此方面,防火端接構件340、390係為使得其至少有時可提供防火模組之內部與外部之間的熱解耦之一組態。藉由提供在防火端接構件390之區域中包括一熱絕緣材料之一防火澆鑄密封劑391達成彼目的。防火澆鑄密封劑391之材料環繞電纜及/或電匯流條系統700、701且密封防火端接構件390。因此,防火澆鑄密封劑391環繞傳遞穿過防火端接構件390之匯流條系統之一部分701。匯流條701之一部分702在防火模組上方或外側突出。相互隔開之匯流條701在一部分703中聚在一起或彼此倚靠。

Claims (6)
