又’前述驅動器單元841具有形成磁路之磁鐵843、磁 板844及磁軛845、形成振動系統之振動板846及音圈847。 具體5之,於盤狀磁鐵843兩面固設有磁板844及磁扼845。 此外,磁鐵843為釤鈷磁鐵。又,於磁板844與磁軛845相對 之空間形成有磁間隙,固設於振動板846之音圈847插入至 201127094 前述磁間隙。振動板8 4 6係聚酯薄膜。此外,於耳機之前面、 即振動板846之前方(圖之下方)配設有具較大之許多開口之 網眼狀保護板848。 又,於磁鐵843 '磁板844及磁軛845之中心部形成有貫 穿孔849,於該貫穿孔8的埋設有由發泡性胺甲酸乙酯等構 成之電阻材871。再者,於驅動器單元841形成有複數個孔 870。 當將耳機裝戴於耳廓之凹部時,配設於耳機前面之保 護板848與外耳道之入口相對,藉振動板846振動而產生2 聲音通過保護板848之開口,入射至外耳道之内部而至,之 鼓膜。 °到達 先行技術文獻 專利文獻 專利文獻1曰本實用新型公開公報平4_5〇718號 C考务明内容;3 發明概要 發明欲解決之課題 然而,在前述習知耳機巾,由於裝戴於耳廊凹部,故 裝戴性差,特別是如步行中,使用者非靜止狀態時,有從 耳扉脫k情形。X ’與外耳道之位置_科定,入射 至外耳道之聲音音量及音質便不穩定。因此,近年提供且 有由具彈性之軟·料構成之耳塾,㈣耳墊插入科 耳道之類型的耳機。此種耳機由於將柔軟之耳墊插入至外 耳道來裝戴’故可確實地裝戴於耳廓’在步行中亦不致|足 4 201127094 、 耳廓脫落。又,由於耳墊由具彈性之材料構成,故可配合 外耳道之形狀而易彈性變形,而可獲得良好之裝戴感。 然而,當將柔軟之耳墊插入至外耳道時,以為該外耳 道所按壓而變形之耳墊遮斷外耳道之内外,從耳機入射至 外耳道之聲音無法穿透至外部,所謂聲音之穿透性變差, 於聲音產生不清楚感、模糊感等,音質降低。又,有在低 頻帶產生耳墊之共振之情形。 本發明之目的係提供解決前述耳機之問題點,可將至 少一部份可插入至外耳道之外耳道插入構件對殼體裝卸, 於重視裝戴性時,可安裝由軟質材料構成之外耳道插入構 件,於重視音質時,可安裝由硬質材料構成之外耳道插入 * 構件,而可適當地因應廣泛之使用狀況,而可獲得高裝戴 性及良好之裝戴感,並且,聲音之穿透性佳,可再現清晰 度佳之低音及明亮之中高音,音質高的耳機。 用以欲解決課題之手段 因此,在本發明之耳機,包含有至少一部份可插入至 外耳道之外耳道插入構件、可裝卸該外耳道插入構件之殼 體、配設於該殼體内,以產生聲音之驅動器單元;前述外 耳道插入構件包含可彈性變形之軟質插入構件及剛性高之 硬質插入構件,前述軟質插入構件及硬質插入構件係選擇 地安裝於前述殼體。 在本發明之另一耳機中,前述殼體由金屬構成,並且 具有形成於前述驅動器單元前方之圓錐台狀前方空間、連 通該前方空間之前端,而使聲音入射至外耳道之聲音導 201127094 孔、及形成於前述驅動器單元後方之圓筒狀後方空間,前 述後方空間具有朝側邊開口之音質調整孔。 在本發明之又另一耳機中,前述後方空間之與驅動器 單元相對之面係平面,前述後方空間具有朝側邊開口之空 氣調整孔,前述前方空間具有朝前方開口之空氣調整孔。 在本發明之又另一耳機中,前述殼體及安裝於該殼體 之外耳道插入構件之外形係沿著前後方向延伸之軸線呈線 對稱。 在本發明之又另一耳機中,前述軟質插入構件具有聲 音導孔形成於中心之筒狀本體部、及連接於該本體部之前 端,從該前端朝後端斜向擴展之彈性變形部,該彈性變形 部具有從前述本體部之前端側觀看,延伸成放射狀之複數 個縫隙狀開口部,前述本體部具有溝,該溝形成於其外周 面之對應於前述各開口部之位置,並於軸方向延伸,當前 述彈性變形部變形,被壓至前述本體部外周面時,前述開 口部與對應其之溝疊合。 在本發明之又另一耳機中,前述硬質插入部由金屬構 成,並且具有聲音導孔形成於中心之筒狀本體部、及外面 從該本體部之前端朝後端,斜向擴展之凸出部,當前述凸 出部插入至外耳道時,使該外耳道之内面至少一部份變形。 發明效果 根據本發明,耳機係可將至少一部份可插入至外耳道 之外耳道插入構件對殼體裝卸。藉此,於重視裝戴性時, 可安裝由軟質材料構成之外耳道插入構件,於重視音質 201127094 時,可安裝由硬質材料構成之外耳道插人構件。因而,可 適當地因應廣泛之使錄況’而可獲得高韻性及良好之 裝戴感’並且,_音之穿透性佳,可再現清晰度佳之低音 及明亮之中高音,而使音質提高。 圖式簡單說明 生之小型聲音產生器。又,前述耳機10具有内藏作為將聲 音再生,而產生聲音之揚聲器單元之驅動器單元4丨的作為 殼之殼體11,更具有安裝於該殼體11,至少其前端部55可 插入至使用者外耳道之作為外耳道插入構件的耳塾50作為 第1使用例。 前述殼體11具有位於其正面側之前殼體12、結合於該 前殼體12之基部12a後側之圓錐台狀後殼體13。又,如第i 圖所示,驅動器單元41以藉前殼體12及後殼體13夾前後(第 1圖之上下)之狀態,保持於前述殼體11内。此外,驅動器 單元41係所謂動態型者,具有與在「發明背景」之項所說 明之習知耳機的驅動器單元841相同之結構。即,關於驅動 器單元41之說明,沿用習知耳機之驅動器單元841之說明。 又,封住後殼體13之後面之後面部13a係略呈平板狀之 構件,藉此,於殼體11内之驅動器單元41後方(第1圖之下 方)形成為全體圓筒狀、更詳細為組合有圓錐台及圓筒之步 狀之空間的後方空間24。該後方空間24之與驅動器單元41 相對之面係後面部13a之内面’且係與驅動器單元41之振動 201127094 板相對之平面’而如第1圖所示’亦可為梢微彎曲之曲率半 徑大的平緩曲面。此外,前述殼體u具體為由銘、鋼、銅 或該等之合金等金屬構成者,亦可為如水晶之比重較大之 硬質樹脂。 D再者,於前述後殼體13安裝有包圍一端連接於驅動器 單元41之耳機電線9卜部份”持之筒狀耳齡保持部^ 的上端。此外’該耳機線保持部15亦可為與後殼體13形成 -體者。而且’耳機電線91從耳機線保持部15之下端延伸 而出。此外,在第2圖中’為圖式顯示方便,耳機電線叫堇 描繪靠近耳麟保持部15之部份,其他之部份則省略描 緣。又,於耳機電線91之圖中未示之另一端可連接音樂^ 側邊觀看,沿著軸線呈線對稱。 又,於前殼體12之圓錐部16形成有作為具排氣口之功 能之空氣調整孔的前方氣道25。該前方氣道25係形成為貫 穿圓錐部16之截面圓形之孔,將前方空間21與外部連通, 前方空間21内之空氣可排放至外部。此外,前方氣道25形 成於圓錐部16之靠近基部12a之部份、即形成於朝前方之面 之部份。亦即,前方氣道25形成為朝向前方,而可將前方 空間21内之空氣朝前方排放 此外,前方氣道25之徑為 1.2[mm],可按驅動器單元41之性能、前方空間21之尺寸等 變更。 又,於後殼體13之圓筒狀側面部13b形成有作為具排氣 口之功能之空氣調整孔的後方氣道28,作為音質調整孔之 第1調整孔27a、第2調整孔27b及第3調整孔27c。此外,總 括說明第1調整孔27a、第2調整孔27b及第3調整孔27C時, 以音質調整孔27來說明。 前述後方氣道28係形成為貫穿後殼體13之側面部Ub 之截面圓形的孔,將後方空間24與外部連通,後方空間24 内之空氣可排放至外部。此外,後方氣道28形成為朝向側 邊,而可將後方空間24内之空氣朝側邊排放。又,後方氣 道28之徑設定成與前述前方氣道25相同,可按驅動器單元 41之性能、後方空間24之尺寸等變更。如此,藉將同一徑 之排氣口、即前方氣道25及後方氣道28配設於前方空間21 及後方空間24,可改正聲音之失真及回音,並且,可減輕 10 201127094 • 施加於驅動器單元41之振動板之負荷。 又,前述第1調整孔27a、第2調整孔27b及第3調整孔27c 係形成為貫穿後殼體13之側面部13b,朝向側邊之截面圓形 之孔,將後方空間24與外部連通,並且與後方氣道28相鄰, 且於後殼體13之同一圓周上並列配設成形成一列。又,第1 調整孔27a之徑形成為小於後方氣道28之徑,第2調整孔27匕 之徑形成為小於第1調整孔27a之徑,第3調整孔27c之徑形 成為小於第2調整孔27b之徑。另,第2調整孔27b及第3調整 孔27c之徑亦可為相同。 第1調整孔27a之徑為〇.8[mm]。藉令第1調整孔27a之徑 . 為此種值,控制以12〇〇[Hz]為中心之頻帶之聲音,可使頻 率響應更順暢,而使音質提高。又,第2調整孔27b之徑為 • 〇.4[mm]。藉令第2調整孔27b之徑為此種值,控制以200[Hz] 為中心之頻帶之聲音,可使頻率響應更順暢,而使音質提 高。再者’第3調整孔27c之徑不到〇.4[mm]。藉令第3調整 孔27c之徑為此種值,可控制低於第2調整孔27b之頻帶的聲 音’可使頻率響應更順暢,而使音質提高。 又’ €令第2 s周整孔27b與第3調整孔27c同徑,例如為2 個第2調整孔27b時,可以與為1個調整孔時不同之響應控制 以200[Hz]為中心之頻帶的聲音。 此外’在圖中所示之例中’音質調整孔27為第i調整孔 27a、苐2s周整孔27b及第3調整孔3個,音質調整孔27可為1 個或2個,亦可為4個以上。又,音質調整孔27之徑可按作 為控制對象之聲音之頻帶變更。即,為控制較低頻帶之聲 201127094 音’縮小音質調整孔27之徑即可,為控制較高頻帶之聲音, 擴大音質調整孔27之徑即可。 即’該等音質調整孔27係根據該孔之直徑,決定要控 制之音頻,根據其數,控制其特性者,係調整與聲音之開 放感相關之空氣平衡者。 再者’藉形成於後殼體13之側面部13b之後方氣道28及 3 周整孔27配置於同一圓周上,而於距離驅動器單元之 距離相同之位置配置各調整孔,可更有效地控制聲音。 又由於,收容驅動器單元4,並於其前後形成前方空間 21及後方空間24之殼體11由為比重較樹脂等大,剛性高之 材料之金屬構成,故前方空間21及後方空間24之作為音響 空間之功能佳’低音渾厚,中高音明亮。又’由於殼體11 之外形從側邊觀看,沿著軸線呈線對稱,故前方空間21及 後方空間24之形狀亦沿著軸線呈線對稱,藉此’可產生無 失真之聲音。 又,於前述插入部安裝部17藉由安裝配接益14安裝有 耳墊50。前述安裝配接器14係由與殼體11相同之材料構成 之筒狀構件,其下端插入至插入部安裝部17之内周面、即 形成於殼體聲音導孔22周面之收容凹部l7a。此外’雖亦可 藉將安裝配接器14之下端嵌入至收容凹部17a’將安裝配接 器14固定於收容凹部l7a,但以於安裝配接器14之下端及收 容凹部17a形成螺溝,藉將安裝配接器〗4之下端螺入收容凹 部17a,而將安裝配接器14固定於收容凹部i7a為佳。又, 於前述安裝配接器14形成有為前後開放之圓筒狀開口之作 12 201127094 • 為聲音導孔的配接器聲音導孔14b。該配接器聲音導孔14b 之内徑宜為與殼體聲音導孔22之内徑相等之值。 再者’前述耳墊50係軟質插入構件,由矽橡膠等軟質 之可彈性變形之材料構成,為一體成形之構件,具有嵌設 於安裝配接器14周圍之筒狀本體部51、從該本體部51之前 端朝後端斜向擴展之作為彈性變形部之傘狀部53。此外, 於本體部51之後端形成有朝内側突出之厚度厚的凸緣狀卡 合凸部52 °該卡合凸部52與形成於安裝配接器14之溝狀卡 合凹部14a卡合,而可防止耳墊5〇從安裝配接器14脫落。 該耳墊50全體呈形似香菇或傘之形狀,在其前端部 55 ’於本體部51之前端連接有傘狀部53之前端,於本體部 51之外周面與傘狀部53之内周面間形成有空洞部65。又, ’ 於本體部51之中心形成有為前後端開放之圓筒狀開口之作 為聲音導孔的墊聲音導孔61。以耳墊5〇藉由安裝配接器14 安裝於插入部安裝部17之狀態,墊聲音導孔61藉由配接器 聲音導孔14b與殼體聲音導孔22連通。 又’傘狀部53具有朝後方擴展之圓錐台狀前半部53a、 伙s亥削半部53a之後端延伸而出至後方之圓筒狀後半部 53b。伞狀部53厚度較本體部51薄,且具柔軟性 ,而可因承 爻力1,而易變形。因而,當耳墊5〇插入至外耳道之際, 伞狀部53彈性變形成適合外耳道之内面形狀,而不致對外 在第4圖中’(A)係第3(B)圖之B-B箭視截面圖,(B)係第3(B) 圖之C-C箭視截面圖。 本體部51之前端與傘狀部53之前端以前端連接部54連 接,各開口部62之前端藉由連通凹部64,連通於墊聲音導 14 201127094 * - 孔61之前端。又,在耳墊50之圓周狀前端部55,前端連接 部54與連通凹部64交互配置。因此,從驅動器單元41經由 殼體聲音導孔22、配接器聲音導孔14b及墊聲音導孔61而入 射至外耳道内部之聲音由於其一部份藉由連通凹部64,從 開口部62穿透至外部,故可減低壓迫感、不清楚感等,而 明免。 此外,如第4(A)圖所示,前端連接部54厚度較傘狀部 53厚,剛性高於傘狀部53,而不易變形。又,配設成夾在 前端連接部54間之連通凹部64從側面觀看,形成為凹入至 比前端部55之前端緣、即前端連接部54之前端緣還後方。 因此’當耳墊5〇插入至外耳道之際,即使傘狀部53變形, 連通凹部64亦不致封閉,而可維持墊聲音導孔61與開口部 62之連通。此外,如前述,即使形成傘狀部53變形,不僅 被壓至本體部51之外周面,亦被壓至圓錐部丨6表面之狀 悲’開口部62及塾溝63仍可連通。因而,由於可穩定地確 保從墊聲音導孔61經由連通凹部64、開口部62及墊溝63, 至外部之聲音之通道,故可穩定地減低壓迫感、不清楚感 等,而可維持明亮之音質。 又’如第4(B)圖所示,開口部62宜形成為在其前端與 墊溝63之前端連接。此時,即使傘狀部53大幅變形,開口 部62與墊溝63之連通仍可維持穩定。 再者’如第3(D)圖所示,於傘狀部53之前半部53a形成 有從正面觀看延伸成放射狀之複數個縫隙狀開口部62。因 此’因開口部62之存在’前半部53a之剛性降低,而易變形, 15 201127094 當耳整50插入至外耳道之際,不僅前半部53a,傘狀部53全 體柔軟地彈性變形,而適合外界道之内面形狀。因而,由 於不致對外耳道造成損傷,安全性向’傘狀部部53不致於 外耳道之内面施加反作用力而"5]*密合’故裝戴感、合適感 等佳,並且可防止耳機10從耳廓脫落。 此外,在圖中所示之例中’開口部62、塾溝63及連通 凹部64之數分別為6個,未必需為6個,可為5個以下,亦可 為7個以上。 如此,由於藉於插入部安裝部17藉由安裝配接器14安 :由軟質材料構成之耳墊50,耳機10之物生增高,故適 合使用者進行步行等活動之際使用。又,如前述,由於因 ,口部62等之存在,外耳道之内外可連通故警報等外部 環境音入射至外耳道之内部,到達鼓膜,安全性不致降低, 音質亦佳。 接著,就前述耳機1〇之第2使用例作說明。 第5圖係顯示本發明實施形態之耳機之第2使用例的截
