部氣柱、瓶身部氣柱、瓶頸部氣柱及瓶蓋部氣柱分隔成複數個獨 立之氣柱群,氣體無法在該複數個獨立氣柱群之間流通,因此任 一獨立之氣柱群破裂,氣體洩漏,則其他之氣柱群仍可保持氣密 ' 的充氣狀態,對酒瓶容器仍具備保護之能力。 【先前技術】 傳統用於緩衝包裝物品之方式,係以一塑膠片上突設複數個 ❹ 凸起小氣囊泡,將該一塑膠膜片包覆於物品外周,藉由該小氣囊 泡吸震緩衝作用,以避免物品於運送途中破裂或損壞。惟,該小 氣囊泡之吸震能力有限,對於較小之衝擊勉強可以產生緩衝作 用’而對於較大之振動或衝擊負荷就無法達成緩衝吸震之目的, 容易造成物品之破裂損壞。 另外’我國專利公告編號第363600號所揭示之緩衝包裝袋: 具有一内側壁及反向彎折之外侧壁,而於内、外侧壁間形成一氣 密室,當充填氣體於氣密室中,藉由内側壁緊密地包覆貼靠於欲 7 200946410 收容物品上,使氣密室内之氣體可對欲收容物品形成一緩衝包覆 效果;又如我國專利公告編號第128326號所揭示之緩衝用包裝材 料:係由具触氣給排口部之止_ ’並以歸賴製成為方形 之氣密袋’又將該包裝材料本體使成對折折彎,使重疊成為兩個 空氣之充·容部,其中’將該兩空氣之充填收容部之内面各個 另J部位至>?有處成線狀黏接,藉該線狀黏接部於充填空氣時, 用以限制該面空氣之充填收容部之鼓膨狀態者。 剛述之一習知專利案’雖然以氣密室或充填收容部充填空 氣’以保護收容物’達到緩衝包覆效果,惟,其對於酒瓶之類的 圓柱形容器,卻無法達成包裝收容之目的。另外,現今有關氣體 -2鮮之技術,對於職之_容器,魏於形狀,仍係無法收 谷包裝。本拥主要騎對前叙缺闕作之綱改良。 【發明内容】 〇 &本制之主要目的,係—種加強職聊保護之氣體包裝 袋,其藉由寬度不-之瓶頸部氣柱、底座部氣柱、瓶蓋部氣柱、 狀態,對酒瓶容器仍具備保護之能力。 為了達成本發明,一種加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋,包 括四個部份:一底座部,一瓶身部,一瓶頸部’及-瓶蓋部所組 成,其特徵為:該底座部係由複數底座部氣柱連續設置所組成, 該底座部氣柱與底座部錄之間雜雌加时隔;該瓶身部係 由複數瓶身部紐賴設置所域,魏身部氣域瓶身部氣柱 ❹ 之間亦係以熱封線加以分隔;該瓶頸部係由複數瓶頸部氣柱連續 没置所組成,該瓶頸部氣柱與瓶頸部氣柱之間設置一分隔熱封 區,該分隔熱封區具有-長條「回」字狀之封閉熱封線,該「回」 字狀之賴熱罐的上、下分別連接瓶身部熱封線及瓶蓋部 熱封線;該紐部係由概瓶蓋部錄賴設置所域,瓶蓋部 氣柱與瓶蓋職柱之咖熱齡加时隔;其_,該瓶頸部氣柱 4有最大之寬度,底座部錄及誠戰柱具有第二大之寬度, 而瓶身部氣柱則具有最小之寬度。 另外,該分隔熱封區將位在其正、背面之底座部氣柱、瓶身 部乳柱、細部氣柱及織部錄分隔成概_立之氣柱群, 氣體無法在該複數個獨立氣柱群之間流通,因此左右任一獨立之 氣柱群破裂’ 属,職他域柱群仍可鱗氣密的充氣狀 態。 為了詳細說明’特舉一實施例加以說明如下,惟該一實施 9 200946410 例並非用於限制本發明。 【實施方式】 本發明一種加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(丨),請同時參閱 圖式第一圖所示,係該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(丨)未充氣 時之正面示意圖;及第二圖,係加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋 (1)未充氣時之背面示意圖。該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(D 包括四個部份:一底座部(1〇),一瓶身部(20),一瓶頸部(30), 鲁 及一瓶蓋部(40)所組成。該底座部(10)係由複數底座部氣柱(12) 連續設置所組成,底座部氣柱(12)與底座部氣柱〇2)之間以熱封 線(51)加以分隔。該瓶身部(2〇)係由複數瓶身部氣柱(22)連續設 置所組成,該瓶身部氣柱(22)與瓶身部氣柱(22)之間亦係以熱封 線(51)加以分隔。該瓶頸部(3〇)係由複數瓶頸部氣柱(32)連續設 置所組成,該瓶頸部氣柱(32)與瓶頸部氣柱(32)之間設置一分隔 熱封區(34),該分隔熱封區(34)具有一長條「回」字狀之封閉熱 ® 封線,該「回」字狀之封閉熱封線之上、下兩侧分別連接瓶身部 (20)熱封線(51)及瓶蓋部(40)熱封線(51)。該瓶蓋部(4〇)係由複 數瓶蓋部氣柱(42)連續設置所組成,形狀與前述之底座部(1〇)相 似,瓶蓋部氣柱(42)與瓶蓋部氣柱(42)之間亦係以熱封線(51;)加 以分隔。其中,該瓶頸部氣柱(32)具有最大之寬度,底座部氣柱 (12)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42)具有第二大之寬度,而瓶身部氣柱(22)則 具有最小之寬度。亦即以寬度由大到小排列,則瓶頸部氣柱(32) 200946410 大於底座部氣柱(12)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42),而底座部氣柱(12)及瓶 蓋部氣柱(42)又大於瓶身部氣柱(22)。 請同時參閱圖式第一、二圖,於底座部氣柱(12)之適當位置 處設有正面和背面折疊線(65)(66),當充氣時,該正、背面折養 線(65)(66)恰可提供底座部氣柱(12)作為彎折之用,使從該正面 折疊線(65)到背面折疊線(66)之間的底座部氣柱(丨2)形成一平緩 的底座,供酒瓶的底座置放。於瓶身部(2〇)及瓶頸部(3〇)之交界 ❹ 處的左右兩端各設置一縮減部(69),以配合酒瓶瓶頸直徑縮小之 特徵。同時在瓶身部氣柱(22)及瓶頸部氣柱(32)之交界處設置有 正面和背面分隔熱封線(63)(64),在背面之瓶身部氣柱(22)及底 座部氣柱(12)之交界處設置有背面分隔熱封線(68),該正面和背 面分隔熱封線(63)(64)(68)與前述之瓶身部(20)熱封線(51)係相 互正交連接,而該分隔熱封線(63)(64)(68)與分隔熱封線 (63)(64)(68)之間具有間隙,使氣體可流通穿過該等間隙。與前 ® 述之底座部(10)相同,於瓶蓋部氣柱(42)之適當位置處亦設有正 面和背面折疊線(61)(62) ’當充氣時,該正、背面折疊線⑻(62) 恰可提供瓶蓋職柱(42)作為彎折之用,使觀正輯疊線(61) 到背面折#線⑽之間的瓶蓋部氣柱(42)形成—平緩部,用以包 圍酒瓶的瓶蓋者。 在該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋⑴正面之一側適當處 設有-進氣口⑵’連接該進氣口⑵設有_進氣道(14),該進氣 200946410 道(⑷有氣路與每一個正面之瓶身部氣柱(22)連通。氣流再經由 正面之瓶頸部氣柱⑽、瓶蓋部氣柱(42),繞經背面之瓶蓋部氣 柱(42)、瓶頸部氣柱(32)、瓶身部氣柱〇幻、底座部氣柱(丨2), 回到正面之底座部氣柱〇2)。亦即,底座部氣柱⑽、瓶身部氣 柱(22)、瓶頸部氣柱(32)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42)在縱向係相互連通。 因此當氣體由加強酒賴部保護之氣體包裝袋⑴之進氣口⑵進 入後,即可循著進氣道(14)對每一底座部氣柱(12)、瓶身部氣柱 _ (22)、瓶頸部氣柱(32)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42)進行充氣之操作。而該 加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(1)的週邊則以銅模加以熱壓印 形成熱封線(55),使該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(丨)能密 封,氣體不會外洩。 請同時參閱圖式第一、二圖,及第三圖,該第三圖係加強酒 瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(1)包括正面和背面,由第一、二圖八_八 所繪製之斷面示意圖。該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋係由 兩層薄膜組成,分別為上膜(71)及下膜(72),該兩層膜係由例如 塑膠之類的材質所製成的薄膜。將該等薄膜的週邊分別以銅模加 以熱壓印形成熱封線(55),使該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋 (1)能密封,氣體不會外洩。接著熱壓印氣柱(12)(22)(32)(42)與 氣柱(12)(22)(32)(42)之間的熱封線(51),分隔熱封區(34),及 進氣道熱封線(56)。該熱封線(51)在瓶身部(20)係將上、下膜 (71)(72)及其之間所夾置的上、下氣閥膜(75)(76)熱壓印,使其 12 200946410 黏結在一起。前述之上、下氣閥膜(75)(76)所組成的氣閥,係以 適當之長度夾置於該上、下膜(71)(72)之間。而在底座部(1〇)、 瓶頸部(30)及瓶蓋部(40)之熱封線(51)及分隔熱封區(34),則係 將上、下膜(71)(72)熱壓印,使其黏結在一起。該進氣道熱封線 (56)係位於瓶身部氣柱(22)之入氣口(85)附近處,其係將上、下 膜(71)(72)及其之間所夾置的上、下氣閥膜(75)(76)熱壓印在一 起’並且於上、下氣閥膜(75)(76)之間設置一财熱印刷(83),其 位置恰位於進氣道(14)處附近。該耐熱印刷(83)之設置,可以避 免上、下氣閥膜(75)(76)在壓製熱封線(56)之製造過程中被熱封 在一起,而可提供一入氣口(85)於瓶身部氣柱(22)上,使加強酒 瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(1)在充氣時,氣體能進入到每一個瓶身 部氣柱(22)内。 請再同意參閱圖式第一、三圖,於進氣道熱封線(56)處設置 進氣導引熱封線(84) ’該進氣導引熱封線(84)係將上膜(71)、上 氣閥膜(75)、下氣閥膜(76)三層熱封在一起,當氣體由進氣道(14) 進入時,該進氣導引熱封線(84)得以引導氣體順利進入瓶身部氣 柱(22)内。因此,該上、下氣閥膜(75)(76),耐熱印刷(83),進 氣導引熱封線(84)等即組成一止回閥裝置,當氣體充入底座部氣 柱02)、瓶身部氣柱(22)、瓶頸部氣柱(32)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42)内 區(34),該正面分隔熱封區(34)係將上、下氣閥膜(75)(76)熱壓 印,使其黏結在一起。該正面分隔熱封區(34)之上、下兩侧分別 連接瓶身部(20)熱封線(51)及瓶蓋部(4〇)熱封線(51),因此可以 將位在其左右的底座部氣柱(12)、瓶身部氣柱(22)、瓶頸部氣柱 (32)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42)分隔成左右兩個獨立之氣柱群,氣體無法 在該兩個獨立氣柱群之間流通,因此左右任一獨立之氣柱群破 之環繞保護,將可提升其防撞之能力,避免於運送途中受撞擊而 破裂。除此之外,底座部氣柱(12)、瓶身部氣柱(22)、瓶頸部氣 柱(32)及瓶蓋部氣柱(42)環繞所形成之空間,恰好配合酒瓶(1〇〇) 容器之形狀,將酒瓶(1〇〇)夾置其間,使其穩固定位於其中,避免 產生晃動,達到保護避震之功效,特別是對於脆弱之酒瓶瓶頸 (130),因為較大之瓶頸部氣柱(32)的設計,更可使其接受最佳之 緩衝保濩。進氣道(14)因為並未充氣膨脹,所以仍呈薄膜狀態, 因此可配合開口(50)將欲收容保護之酒瓶(1〇〇)由該開口(5〇)置 入該加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋(1)之内部收容空間,而該仍 呈薄膜狀之魏道(⑷,恰可當作封蓋封住該㈣⑽者。請參 閱圖式第十圖’係將-酒瓶裝人本發明加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體 包裝袋(1)内部的狀態示意圖。 17 200946410 綜上所述,本發明加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋,藉由寬 度不-之底座部氣柱、瓶身部氣柱、瓶頭部氣柱及槪蓋部氣柱的 設置,使加強酒瓶頸部保護之氣體包裝袋於充氣後可以形成底座 4 #瓦身口p瓶頸、瓶蓋部等圓柱形之内部空間,以穩定收容 酒瓶容器,_賴難之功效,_是對魏弱之贿瓶頸, 更可使其接受最佳之緩衝保護,合於產業上之利用性。而該分隔 熱封區之設計,則可以使所有的底座部氣柱、瓶身部氣柱、瓶頸
