Abstract

A manufacturing method of a heat pipe radiator is disclosed. The heat pipe radiator comprises a base, at least one heat pipe, and a radiating body. Wherein, the base has a plurality of containing notches. The radiating body is composed by a plurality of heat flakes. Each heat flake sets a corresponding plurality of holes. The heat pipe has a heat-absorbing end and a cooling end. The heat-absorbing end and the cooling end are in flat shape for being set in the containing notch of the base and the hole of the radiating body. Finally, the heat pipe radiator assembled completely passes through a high temperature stove. After the wall of the heat pipe expands by heat, it connects to the containing notch and the hole tightly to complete the heat pipe radiator structure.
