The fixing belt part is disposed to a direction from the tongue-shaped abutting part. A tongue-shaped abutting part 19 is formed by integrating the fixing belt part and the tongue-shaped abutting part. An outer side G of the tongue-shaped abutting part with a fixing belt is integrated with the upper body. A belt-side connecting means 19c is formed at an inner side N of the tongue-shaped abutting part with a fixing belt. An upper-side connecting means 12b is formed at the upper body part coppesponding to the belt-side connecting means.
