Abstract
A circuit for driving a backlight module comprises a control unit generating a driving signal according to a PWM signal. In addition, the circuit comprises a first switch and a second switch. To drive a first light source group of the backlight module, the first switch conducts the driving signal to the backlight module according to a first control signal in a first time interval. To drive a second light source of the backlight module, the second switch conducts the driving signal to the backlight module according to a second control signal in a second time interval to driving a second light source of the backlight module. Wherein, the first time interval and the second time interval do not overlap each other and the first light source group parallel connects to the second light source group.
