Abstract

The invention concerns an adjustable elliptic exercise machine, which comprises a body, two swinging arms, a track adjustment device, a step device, and a trechometer adjustment device. Thereby, the swing of the step device can be changed by the track adjustment device, so that the size of the exercise track can be adjusted, and the slide meter of the above step device can be adjusted by the above trechometer adjustment device. Further, the distance of two feet can be adjusted, and the exercise can be changed.
