Abstract

This invention relates to a tape-to-roll (TTR) forming method for surface microstructure of light sensitive resin layer, especially the press print forming of a light sensitive resin like UV glue by a forming tape having microstructure on the surface, the microstructure having anti-sticking capability and low surface energy. While being press printed, the light sensitive resin or glue passes through a surface preliminary curing UV lamp before entering the complete cure forming UV lamp, making the surface of the light sensitive resin layer be cured and lose the mobility, to avoid the microstructure formed by press print collapsing or deforming. Finally the preliminary cured microstructure of light sensitive resin layer is completely cured by the cure forming UV lamp. This invention also includes the optical film manufactured according to the method.
